We hired Ambar to do a hibachi dinner for my daughter’s Sweet 16 at our Airbnb, and she was AMAZING. From the very beginning she was super communicative and easy to work with, which made planning so much less stressful. She came in, set everything up, and absolutely delivered. The food was delicious, the hibachi experience was fun and engaging, and she did such a great job with the whole group. On top of that, she was genuinely so sweet and professional the entire time. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful she was she even brought my daughter a gift and took the time to thank me afterward, which meant a lot. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and about the people she’s cooking for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for such a special night. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for great food and an even better vibe.

My family gathered in Orlado for Thansgiving, and Ambar helped us have the best holiday feast yet! My family raved that Ambar's ham was the best they've ever had. My favorites that she prepared for us were her special holiday flan and the collard greens. Everything that she cooked was fresh and delicious. Not only was the food delicious, but working with Ambar was a joy. She was so kind and thoughtful. Even when I was stressed by unexpected changes, she was professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend Ambar, and when travels take us back to Orlando, I will use her services again.

Ambar was amazing!! Her food was delicious, all of my kids continue to talk about how amazing her food was. She cooked 4 nights for us and took careful note of all the dietary restrictions. She also is very cognizant of ingredients and doesn’t used anything processed especially if you communicate your preferences. Her spices are from scratch. She followed through on everything I asked and I consider myself very picky. She also is very reasonably priced and works with all budgets. She is fun to have around and cleaned up everything. We would love to have Ambar cook for us all the time!
