We hired Chef Kegon for a family celebration with 10 people. He was a pleasure to work with in choosing our menu and in the handling of the business arrangements. His food was a level beyond excellent. He could make a living bottling the sauces he prepared for our dishes and the lamb chops he served were better than any lamb chops I’ve had anywhere in the world. We were so impressed with Chef Kegon that we began making plans with him for a future dinner before he even left. You just can’t go wrong hiring Chef.

Chef Kegon was responsive and took immediate ownership of our special night. It was our 38th anniversary, and the Chef and his assistant were magnificent. We began our conversation with the menu. There weren't any problems Chef Kegon couldn't handle. He showed up on time and got to work. We started with a Shrimp cocktail with traditional sauce. The shrimp were giant and tasted delicious. For our main course, we had a filet mignon cooked to perfection. To add to this epicurean delight, we had seasoned fingerling potatoes and haricot vert as sides. For dessert, he made us a light chocolate mousse with biscotti and berries. Because of Chef, our tastebuds awoke to flavors that we will not forget for a long time time. We can't thank him and his assistant for providing a spectacular evening. When he left, the kitchen was actually in better shape than when he arrived. It was our first time having a personal chef, and we will welcome Chef Kegon again into our home.
