Introduction: Our gym is a local community gym, we cater to each member as an individual whether you are a high school athlete looking to improve your athletic skills, a Silver Sneakers senior in search of a program designed for your needs, a weightlifter, power lifter, someone interested in a variety of exercise classes, in need of child care, in need of nutritional counseling, or just a person wanting to finally get the fitness results you've been seeking but could never find elsewhere, we have the right fit for you. We constantly offer different classes, courses, and even contests. We have bench press contests, fitness contests, and even weight loss contests! We offer prizes and incentives to all our participants. We have great programs for kids to get them more active, teach them good nutrition, as well as extra help tutoring from our certified and licensed school teacher on our staff. Basically we offer everything that you will not find in the "big corporate" gyms that seem to appear on every street corner. We are unique in every way and we tailor all our offerings to our members' needs. Things are always changing here, we keep things fresh and new, we keep up with the trends and even create new ones on our own. We are always open to suggestions and do our best to fill the needs and wants of our members. What I like most about my job is helping others reach their fitness goals. Not everyone is looking to lose weight just as not everyone is looking to put on pounds of muscle. What I enjoy is tailoring programs to fit each individuals' needs and help them reach their goal no matter what that goal may be. I enjoy helping people to feel better on the inside so they can be successful at working on the outside.
