We have relied on Ricardo's work for almost 10 years at our apartment in the Courtyards in WPB, FL. He painted our place, solved all electrical and plumbing problems, fixed the Microwave, AC, Fridge and washer/dryer - in short, any problem that occurred he took care of in a timely manner and to our full satisfaction. His work is impeccable and he is absolutely reliable.

MANUEL RICARDO has been servicing my 11 rental condos for the past 7 years. Unfortunately for me he had to move too far south to work with me any more. He is the most trustworthy person I have ever worked with. He cares about his work and it shows. He is very prompt , proper and is doing what he says he will do on a timely basis. I am still struggling to find a replacement for him. He is a jack of all trades and will figure a way to repair or find you a qualified person to complete the job.

Ricardo has done many jobs for me which have included the installation of kitchen cabinets, crown moldings, room paintings in addition to other related house maintenance work. The work was always completed in a timely and efficient manner. I have found him to be completely thorough and competent. I highly recommend him.
