Therapeutic Massage with John Lance

Introduction: The goal of my practice is to employ the full spectrum of my knowledge and experience as it pertains to massage as well as sharing my own journey in this life to connect with others and to show them how to reconnect with their mind, body, and, most importantly, their spirit. I want to show people how amazing their bodies really are and that "you aren't as messed up as you think you are". Using deep tissue, trigger point and stretching and counseling clients on how to be mindful of their daily activities, I have witnessed dramatic results and a complete turnaround in some people's health; for some, it has been a springboard to a whole-new lifestyle. Massage can treat and heal more than just the body. That's actually the easy part. We have to dig through and investigate the mind and body to access the spirit, and only then can we truly begin to heal. So when will your journey begin?
