Ashley was A-MAZING! She was friendly and knowledgeable. She made us feel relaxed, confident and comfortable; even those of us who were new to yoga. I really enjoyed training with Elizabeth. I had hit a plateau in my fitness and she was able get me a good training routine which helped propel my level of fitness ASAP!!!. She always gave me good feed back and pointers in my workouts, (correcting my form, speed of my repetitions, and keeping my rest time minimal between exercises).     I have been Tracey's student for 11 years now & have found her to be an exceptional yoga teacher who embraces the whole yoga philosophy. Her classes are not mere workouts but embody all aspects of yoga including relaxation, breathwork & meditation. She is extremely knowledgeable about which postures benefit different areas of the body & shares this information with her students. I always leave her classes with a sense of peace & well being.

      Tina is an awesome trainer. We hit it off from the very first day. She keeps the workouts challenging but lighthearted and fun. Because she has such a great variety of experience the workouts are never the same. Yoga, pilates, HIT, strength training and spin are just some of what she dishes out weekly. Not to mention she comes up with some pretty killer ab moves. (a tight core is a good core) I definitely never get bored! No matter how painful it gets she always keeps me coming back for more! Thanks T!!

        In her yoga class she gave great guidance and was very gentle with the yoga positions. She gave tips on other ways to do a position as well, which was very helpful for me as I have a past injury and am pretty new to yoga. In her sound healing mediation class she brought an air of child like energy and an at ease feeling to just be. She brought us to a beautiful place in our minds and then played multiple sound bowls which sweep you off to total heavenly relaxation. With each class there was some movement and meditative aspects, so you are getting more than just a yoga class or just a mediation class. For me, they feel like great practices to have hand in hand. Since I have been working with Gabriela on yoga and meditation, I have deepened my personal meditation practice, and have had improvement in the areas I experience daily pain, I am able to do more with less pain spikes. I feel like I have gotten way more out of her classes than I ever dreamed, it has opened me up to feeling better in daily life in multiple ways.
