Nicole led a Yoga 101 class. She did a wonderful job introducing absolute beginners to the practice of yoga. She is patient and observant of the students and helps them with modifications as necessary. There were people in the class from college-age to retirees. I have since taken other classes with Nicole because of the good experience I had in her beginner's class.

Grant is very patient and will support you from the level you are at even when you're being difficult and can't seem to get a pose right. He's just a very sweet, caring person by the way he teaches his class. Keeps everyone relaxed and smiling through the whole process. For that reason I enjoy yoga and he inspired me to continue yoga-practice at home when I don't have much time to get to class after work.
