Mariana is a Yoga coach. I have never taken Yoga before. Since Mariana started I look forward to her visit from the time she leases until the next session. Great Energy. Thank you for coming into my home to revitalize me 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍😍
Ahmed and Team do a great job of customizing workout sessions to achieve specific health and fitness goals, including nutrition. They are extremely knowledgeable and motivational and I'd highly recommend them for anyone from beginners to workout beasts! I've been working with Ahmed for over 3 years, and will continue for years to come.
Excellent massages and facials/peels for my partner and I at the comfort of home. She will also start with one on one yoga sessions.
Yoga with Leigh Ann is one of the most transformational experiences I've ever embarked upon. The tone of her voice, almost like smooth jazz, rising and falling vibrating intentionally with the cadence of your own breathing, quickly puts you into the frame of mind to delve deep into her yoga instructions. Not unlike an orchestra leader, there are times when she has us all moving and breathing in unison! While simultaneously demonstrating proper form, she provides encouraging instruction to the class as well as adjustments to individuals with specific needs and abilities. Her awareness is uncanny! I look forward every week to my yoga class knowing that I will leave feeling less tense, clear headed and better centered then when I arrived. The more I go, the feeling of genuine "well being",seems to last longer and longer throughout my day. Trust me when I say that I "rarely" award 5 star excellence to any service provider. I don't mean to embarrass her as she is sincerly humble spirit. However, the execptional performance of Yoga Instructor Leigh Ann warrants more than 4 stars!
Bianca is an amazing instructor. She really focus on your form, your breath work and meditation. She also spends 20-30 minutes on stretching your entire body before going into any poses, also explaining what body parts are being worked from the inside out. I have been practicing with Bianca for 3 years now at Rainberry Bay in Delray Beach and compairing her to many other Yoga Instructors she is difently one of the best. If anyone is new to Yoga she is someone who will help your needs. If you are a current Yogi she will make you stronger.
Is really hard, complicated and embarrassing starting practicing yoga on my 45 years old, basically knee , back pain and shoulder problems, Tamara in two month help me to resolve that, get more elasticity and focused on my practice, she understand very well the real definition what Yoga does and she is an excellent and good vibration Yoga teacher.
Excellent yoga instructor!
I have been attending Eliana's yoga classes for almost a year. She is amazing. She is compassionate, and takes the time to make sure you are doing the right poses. If you are unable to do a pose, she will help you to alter the pose so that you still get a good stretch. She is friendly and has a great work ethic. She keeps you informed through emails and she has always been available if I have any questions. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher. She is such a treasure and I know the other women that attend class with me adore her just as much as I do.
Gabriel is one of the best yoga instructors I've met during my years of practice. I am so happy to have met him!. His classes are dynamic and inspiring. He has challenged me and also has taught me how to improve my breathing, postures and alignments. Thank you Gabriel and I hope to keep practicing with you for many years to come.....
Amy is a great yoga guide. Her rates are reasonable; her knowledge is strong, and she is kind and patient. Can't ask for more.
Meredith led 18 of us on a bachelorette through a great 1-hour yoga class. She dedicated the class to the bride, sourcing inspirational and thoughtful poems/prayers about love/marriage. She was always responsive over email, the price was very reasonable, and she was punctual. She was also a good sport when the rain came in and she kept teaching! I would recommend Meredith to anyone.
Assia is an amazing instructor! I am a beginner to yoga and all though I was very stiff at times, she would help me with every position I had trouble with and was very patient. Her mediation techniques made me feel completely relax. I would recommend taking class with her for anyone at any level. She is seriously the best!
Lara is a great yoga instructor. I really enjoy her Sunday morning class at Central Park. The class accommodates any skill level. Nice blend of relaxation and challenging poses and a great way to start my Sunday. See you this weekend!
I had a personal home session with Cole and he was amazing. He’s very thoughtful and carefully explains each pose I am turning into to make sure I do not hurt myself. I requested his yoga instruction specifically to help stretch my lower back. Each movement and pose targeted my needs thanks to his expertise. I can’t wait to see him again.
I’ve received private yoga instruction several times through Emily. She is professional, reliable, punctual, and knowledgeable about her craft. It is clear that she spends a lot of time researching and practicing yoga, reiki, and chakra balancing. I have never left my mat unhappy after a session with Emily! I would reccommend her to anyone with any skill level, and I will continue to come back!
Words cannot easily describe the experience I have when I attend a class of Caroline's... likely because she defies an earthly existence. Part of it is her presence, part her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, part what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room, whether they are 18 or 80 years old. I absolutely adore her teaching style! She incorporates the perfect balance of stillness and calmness in her classes, with the intensity of a vinyasa flow yoga class. I always come out of the class feeling so much more opened and renewed, and ready to tackle the day! I've been taking Caroline's classes for over 6 years and at the end of each class I am filled with gratitude for the experience.... EVERY TIME. I can't speak more highly of this lovely woman or be more grateful for her presence and constant gift. I will follow her to where ever she teaches.
I have been working with elisa for months now. She is helping me tremendously with my overall health and flexibility. She is a lot of fun and she keeps it simple for a beginner like me. I truly enjoy her company and learn a lot every time I am with her. I couldn't recommend a better teacher
Yoga Acharya within the Ashtanga Yoga system of Sage Patanjali, including asana practice as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
Yoga Bio and Style Christina Armenti took her first yoga class in 2009 during college at the University of Central Florida's recreation center. She quickly knew there was something special about it, practicing once a month or so until she moved to Miami in 2012 and found herself in love with the yoga community. Upon moving to Miami Beach, she integrated yoga into her lifestyle on a weekly, and then eventually, daily basis. She found refuge in yoga with her high-demand stressful corporate life and quickly new the healing it provided her from past experiences in life, her herniated disk she once ruptured in 2009, allowing her a sense of inner stability, and was able to learn how to heal herself naturally through the art of yoga for her mind, body, and soul. She made the decision in August 2014 to pursue her 200 hours yoga teacher training as it started with a thought that she naturally embraced. Christina always encompasses positive motivation throughout her classes and favors meditation before and after a class. Her style is vinyasa, incorporating breathing technique coupled with Kundalini Mantras from time to time while ensuring you have received a good sweat, teaching multilevel and having her students feel a sense of inner peace after they leave. You may find Christina anywhere from traditional to new age while incorporating mantras, upbeat tunes, or music that soothes the soul as she enjoys making you feel you are somewhere where you have never been before. She enjoys taking her students beyond their limits and clearing blockages they never knew they had. Christina considers herself a natural-born healer and has a passion for healing people through the art of yoga.
