I have been attending Eliana's yoga classes for almost a year. She is amazing. She is compassionate, and takes the time to make sure you are doing the right poses. If you are unable to do a pose, she will help you to alter the pose so that you still get a good stretch. She is friendly and has a great work ethic. She keeps you informed through emails and she has always been available if I have any questions. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher. She is such a treasure and I know the other women that attend class with me adore her just as much as I do.

Yoga with Leigh Ann is one of the most transformational experiences I've ever embarked upon. The tone of her voice, almost like smooth jazz, rising and falling vibrating intentionally with the cadence of your own breathing, quickly puts you into the frame of mind to delve deep into her yoga instructions. Not unlike an orchestra leader, there are times when she has us all moving and breathing in unison! While simultaneously demonstrating proper form, she provides encouraging instruction to the class as well as adjustments to individuals with specific needs and abilities. Her awareness is uncanny! I look forward every week to my yoga class knowing that I will leave feeling less tense, clear headed and better centered then when I arrived. The more I go, the feeling of genuine "well being",seems to last longer and longer throughout my day. Trust me when I say that I "rarely" award 5 star excellence to any service provider. I don't mean to embarrass her as she is sincerly humble spirit. However, the execptional performance of Yoga Instructor Leigh Ann warrants more than 4 stars!
If I could give Ksenia 10 stars I would! I have lower back pain and each time I tried a yoga class it would make it worse. So I decided to hire someone who works with athletes and hoped for the best. I have just purchased the 10 class package because now I don't know how I used to live without yoga in my life! I took 2 classes so far, I really can feel the difference in my lower back mobility and overall flexibility! SO HAPPY! I also feel my abdominal muscles, but in a good way :) I also love her teaching style, very friendly and unique.
I can attest to the fact that yoga and mindfulness practice is a passion for Ann. She is not only eager to learn and to share but she lives loving kindness in her life as a mother and a teacher. She has lead large groups of teachers and administrators in mindfulness and given weekly yoga classes at our school. She is able to reach all levels of yogis and her gentle accepting approach makes her classes accessible and welcoming for all.
She is a genuine light worker!!! I strongly recommend Atmajeet as a yoga teacher!!!
I asked Kevin to come to my house to do a yin yoga session with reiki. It was an hour class. I am a beginner to yoga and Kevin gave a great background on the approach to yin yoga which I enjoyed. Very passive approach as we relax the muscles in the posture rather than engage. In each posture he would preform reiki which would help me relax more into the posture. After the class I felt more open and relaxed and had a nice after glow that lasted all day. Kevin is a great teacher and knows how to adapt to the student. Highly recommend yin yoga and I am excited to try out his other classes.
Is really hard, complicated and embarrassing starting practicing yoga on my 45 years old, basically knee , back pain and shoulder problems, Tamara in two month help me to resolve that, get more elasticity and focused on my practice, she understand very well the real definition what Yoga does and she is an excellent and good vibration Yoga teacher.
Elisa came to our house in Miami Beach to do a private yoga session. She was an awesome instructor who really tailored the session to our needs. She was great at helping us with adjustments to help us learn the right poses. She’s coming back on Wednesday for another session!!

About Bertha Diaz: Bertha provides precision yoga instruction influenced by her ability to integrate yoga expertise with an aesthetic sense developed during her career in the fine arts. She brings creativity and playfulness to her classes, and incorporates the specific needs, limitations and strengths of each student. Her classes focus on flow and exact alignment that allows beginning students to attain correct postures and more advanced students to explore their potential. She began practicing yoga while working as an art curator in London, and became a Bikram certified instructor in 2005, followed by becoming certified to teach children with BUGS. After teaching Bikram yoga for a year, she moved to the U.S., and began to explore other types of yoga, including the Barkan method for which she completed the level II training. Keeping elements from each of these, Bertha started her own studio, Firefly Hot Yoga in 2008, offering to share with others her experience and her own unique view of the body. Bertha believes in constant learning and participates in workshops from a variety of important teachers, including Jason Lawner, who uses the Anusara technique. She was inspired by the teaching method of Ken von Roenn to become certified in his distinctive Skanda technique. In 2010, she trained with Chris Simons in the suspension core flow method to offer her students the advantages of aerial techniques for developing strength.
