I have been training with Kenny for about 2 months now, and i am very pleased. He is a very nice laid back person but he is also very motivating. Our first meeting together was all about finding out my fitness level, both strengths and weaknesses. Since then every session has been a challenging and satisfying hour long set of exercises specifically designed to help me reach my goals. i also really like that Kenny trains out of his home, no gym membership required. As i mentioned Kenny will challenge you, there are no easy days, and as he records your performance you can actually look back and see how you have improved, a very satisfying feeling. Again i def recommend Kenny to anyone that wants to learn proper form and who wants someone to help them meet their fitness goals. I have seen better results in 2 months with Kenny that 2 years working out alone at the gym. It's all about intensity, variation, and of course motivation.
I am a spinal cord injured patient with very high level injury which is challenging even for physiotherapists. I mostly wanted to stand and try some steps with calibers, improving my stamina, blood flow, core muscles, etc. Frantz is amazing! He is always professional, right on time and pays attention to everything to help you out individually! I could not even tell that I was his first spinal cord injured patient since he adapted so easily, he learned everything about my condition and he helped me optimize my training schedule, paying attention to the smallest details to correlate for example my diet, to figure out which muscles would be mostly helpful to exercise, etc. He pushes my limits to improve my stamina and targets improvement. I had many physiotherapists and personal trainers before but in fact Frantz targeted the right problems and I have seen improvements of my stamina and muscle strength, I can push easier with my wheelchair and my health status and fitness is excellent even though I just moved to Boston in September and normally it takes me many months of training to return to the baseline. I have not only reached my baseline but with Frantz I see real improvements and I feel comfortable and safe in his hands. Imagine that with my condition (incomplete tetraplegia) you need to be able to completely trust your trainer and he needs to know what he is doing to help you, otherwise a mistake could take you back and harm your health severely and sometimes irreversibly. After working with Frantz I am convinced that he is the best person I could find in a very affordable price to accomplish the best possible result so I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!! If he could handle so well my condition I believe he would be amazing for everyone!
Nolan is a highly intelligent fitness expert, he knows his stuff. He helped me develop a training training regimen developed towards my needs. He also helped me develop a meal plan that really made an impact on my energy levels, training, and muscle gain. He was also able to do this from long distance through email and text, he routinely checks up on my progress and gives me pointers!!
I have been in this fitness program for about 5 months and have done Yoga, Yogalates, Pilates, Zumba, spinning, water cardio, kickbox cardio, total body conditioning, boot camp conditioning, HIIT interval training, cardio intervals, and core N more. All trainers are highly qualified and committed and devote enough time to each student to make sure we are getting a proper workout and doing everything correctly. This is a superb program and I highly recommend it to everyone who is seeking to get fit and who needs to motivation to workout. I have lost 8 lbs and toned my body. I feel healthier and full of energy everyday. And get this, you can take as many classes as you want for $69 for month. Can you beat that?

A few months ago I decided to focus on my health and fitness. I looked into fitness training and after meeting with 3 trainers I decided to go with Frank Latella. His knowledge how to help each individual client is amazing . I started seeing results in others and then I noticed how my body took an awesome appearance. My energy level is thru the roof! I am very pleased with my work outs with Frank . I am almost to my goal and I couldn't have done it without Frank Latella showing me the way. I've been working with Damian for the past month at his private gym in the Aventura area and he has definitely taken my workouts to the next level. He is extremely attentive throughout our sessions, often working out right along with me, and always making sure I push myself as hard as possible. While his space is small, he has managed to pack it full of every piece of equipment you need and he keeps everything immaculately clean. Whether you are just looking to get in shape or you want to add serious intensity to your existing routine, I would highly recommend giving Damian a try.
I have had Judo and martial arts training with Jon Paul during the past three years in Miami. I have found Jon Paul to be an excellent trainer, very flexible and adaptable to people of different age groups, fitness level, and backgrounds. I recommend Jon wholeheartedly not only for martial arts training, but based on his qualifications and educational level, I would also recommend him for other fitness type of training, such as health related conditioning and strength, weight loss, body toning, muscle growth, or training for sports specific activities. I started working out with James about two months ago, and I can already see and feel a huge difference from where I was to where I am now. He has been a great trainer, and I know when I go to workout I’m going to be pushed hard and get the absolute best workout possible. The workouts have been nothing short of intense, and I look forward to going in for each workout. He also makes sure to give advice, and keeps up with you out of the workout to help in making sure you’re eating right, and doing the right things to foster muscle growth. To anyone looking for a trainer who is going to work you hard, get you in shape, and help you with things to do outside of the gym to optimize results this is the trainer you’re looking for. As an aside he’s very personable and switches the workouts up so that you don’t fall into a set and stale routine every workout to keep you on your toes and make the workouts fun and interesting.
JJ is really amazing. Super responsive and makes sure to ask constant questions about your wants and wishes to get down to the right excersises to help you succeed. If your really looking to workout and reach your goal —then JJ is your man. Expect to work OUT! He’s tough, but knows the right balance about when to push and when to step back to take notes on what to work on. He’s really friendly and always checks in to make sure your comfortable with the excerise and pace. I absolutely recommend, and he is extremely reasonable. You’re phenomenal JJ!! I look forward to many more sessions!! :)

My trainer, Christian motivates me every session and his positivity and knowledge about nutrition and fitness carries over to all aspects of my life. He’s brilliant when it comes to fitness and nutrition and he trains me based on my personal needs and goals. My training sessions are constantly switched up and my results are beyond rewarding. The vibe at SFTS is welcoming and everyone motivates each other to keep pushing and train harder. Every trainer here is undoubtedly an expert in their field; you will Not find anyone better! When training at SFTS you’re more than just a client, you’re family.
Danny was my personal trainer when I was a student at UCF. I originally wanted to get stronger. After a few sessions, my goals changed to lose weight and get stronger. I lost 25 pounds in about 4 months all while gaining muscle. Danny really catered to my goals & my interests. He taught me proper technique on the big lifts (barbell squat & deadlift). He also taught me how to do high intensity interval training to burn fat. He gave me tips on proper nutrition and how to plan my meals with my busy lifestyle. I wouldn't ever say that training was easy with him, but he knew my goals and he knew that what I wanted to accomplish wasn't easy. He certainly made the difficult times more fun and he varied my workouts a lot. I never did the same workout. I don't think there was anything else Danny could have done better when I trained with him. If he still lived in Orlando I would hire him again!
I enjoy every moment of training even when the sweat is dripping into my eyes. I have been training with Kannel for almost two months now. In this time, I’ve seen improvements in my physical appearance, energy levels, strength, and general well-being. But one of the most important things I’ve achieved with Kannel is a greater sense of discipline and commitment. Prior to training with her, I rarely visited the gym, and found it virtually impossible to muster the strength to work out. Now, I can say I feel motivated and truly committed to changing my body and health. I can’t thank Kannel enough for her encouragement, expertise, and professionalism. About 4 months ago I started training with Brian and I have lost 30 lbs. The nutrition advice is great and easy to follow, he lays all of the information out in a very understandable way. Also the motivation that he provides has been the spark that allowed me to obtain my goals. He also trained my daughter that is on the high school swim team in nutrition and High Intensity Training, including sprints.

Two months ago I decided to get fit and this has been a great overall experience!! I saw results within only one week of training. Legendary Fitness are well organized and provide a clean, welcoming environment with equipment for all my needs. Both, the one on one sessions and the group classes are very creative (Ive never get bored!) plus I get a custom diet designed to meet my personal goals. The exercises along with the constant drive and motivation from my trainer are intense but he keeps the classes fun as I feel myself getting stronger both physically and mentally. We review my diet, training and goals very often. I am very satisfied with Legendary Fitness and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in enhancing their physical and psychological well being.
To start off, Matt's Sunrise HIIT training system is top quality. Even though I've been exercising for years and would consider myself an elite athletic individual, Matt was still able to push me above and beyond my limits. The exercises were always different and they constantly challenged my muscles with new circuits. Matt was always on time when he trained me at my place or at a designated gym. If there were any issues with meeting up to exercise, Matt was understandable and he was effective at working around my schedule. More than anything, I signed up for Sunrise HIIT to build muscle, add variety to my existing exercise routine and push pass any plateaus that I was experiencing. We achieved all of the above, and to me, that's true value when you obtain the results you set out for. Thanks Matt.
