- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I value offering my services for a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will reach out to the customer to get a little bit more information on the service/ project needed. This could include model numbers for appliances, approximate dimensions, timeline, availability, etc. Once I have a better understanding of the assistance required, I will either offer a price upfront if it is a simpler job, or request an onsite visit/ video call if more information is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Marine Engineer. For 8 years I worked onboard large cargo vessels, maintaining and fixing all sorts of equipment and products. During my off time, I began fixing/ updating my house, and friends' and family's houses. Through this, I learned many skills to call myself a reliable "Handyman".
