Living Yoga instructors are fully certified and dedicated to helping each student get the most from his or her yoga practice. Students are encouraged to use modifications or props if they have limitations due to injury or inflexibility. The studio is a safe and supportive place to explore and challenge ourselves and have fun!

We offer yoga lessons for beginners and all fitness levels, to open the heart, mind and body. Sessions are usually from 30 minutes to 1 hour long, or to fit the client's needs.
I'm currently looking for a yoga instructor position to teach fitness hatha yoga to groups or individuals. My goal is to teach my students how to breathe, relax, strengthen their bodies, and become healthier overall. In addition to the standard yoga practice suited and built to cater the needs of each individual student I also incorporate different pranayama or breathing techniques that can be used on and off the mat. These techniques range from body warmers that build up heat and energy in the body to increase the heart-beat ( a sort of yogic cardio routine) to relaxing breaths that calm the mind and release tension. These can be used on a daily basis outside of the class. I also incorporate meditation techniques that the student can practice outside of the class if itâs something they are interested in pursuing.

Our Antigravity Aerial Yoga classes help one to escape the stresses of reality and learn a new and fun way of working out, stretching and strengthening the body with postures and movements derived from yoga, dance, pilates, aerial silks, gymnastics, and body resistance.
