My yoga class with Ivette was simply amazing! She did an excellent job assessing my level and customizing the class accordingly. I loved and very much appreciated that she worked with me on poses on which I wanted to work and also challenged me with new ones. Ivette's attentiveness, intuition, positive energy, and expertise are just some of the qualities that make her such a wonderful instructor. I didn't want my class with her to end! I can still feel how incredible shavasana felt, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated.
Sean will teach you within minutes of being trained, his outstanding knowledge on in fitness and form. I had a terrible snowboarding accident back in January of 2011, resulting in a compression fracture of my L2 and L5/S1. Needless to say I had almost daily back problems. In my first session with Sean I explained my issues and he knew just what to do. He taught me a variety of strength training back workouts. The most important thing I learned was really how to work out. I never realized most of the workouts I'd preformed all my life were not done correctly. He broke a lot of my bad habits and its truly amazing how good you feel after its done right. I would highly recommend others to give Sean one opportunity to show you how this guy takes the cake with his extensive knowledge of strength training.

I am a mother of three, and have a full time job. I workout 5 days a week and that is my sanity. I was recommended to Tedy at Raw Energy Fitness in 2014 by a friend/ co-worker. I wasn't seeing results with my current trainer, and wanted to shed off 10 pounds. Well 3 years later, I have gotten so much more than that. Started coming here recently & I'm very happy. Kamil, our trainer, is very knowledgable about proper form & great work outs to not only keep you motivated but keep your body guessing & that way you are guaranteed to loose fat & gain muscle. In other words, get fit, lean & quick (as long as you also maintain a proper diet. In others words, don't run out to Shake Shack after). It's nice to be outside in the park & they provide you with all the equipment from kettle balls, to jump ropes, even a set up of dumb bells. He changes it up every work out. What I appreciate the most about our trainer is that he is a certified paramedic so if you are ever in any physical trouble, he can spot it right away & help you out. For example, my first session, that day I ate very little carbs & we had an extremely intense but great leg work out (I was sore for several days after). Kamil was able to sense that I was not feeling well & I mentioned I was dizzy. He asked me my symptoms & immediately told me what to do to recover right away. He explained why it happened & how to avoid it. There are 2 sessions to choose from. 1 sessions starts at 6:30-7:30pm then another from 8-9pm. There's talk about another session starting at 5:30. The classes are also from Monday-Thursday so if you come all 4 days, you have 3 days to recover. (Again avoid those burger & fries during your exercise free days. No point in working so hard to loose weight to ruin it over the weekend.) Kamil also stays connected with you via text & on rainy days he informs you where to meet. I was also happy to be able to pay him using pay pal since its easier for me that way. You won't be disappointed coming here. Every one is very nice & of all levels. From really amazing in shape bad ass girls & a few guys to your beginner like me. Your first session is free so give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
Jorge is an amazing coach! I attended Jorge's Elite Core Fitness Kettlebell Bootcamp and was never disappointed with the work-outs. They were always very challenging and constantly changing. Jorge is always making sure your form is perfect and always pushes you to work your hardest. Not to mention, he is not intimidating at all, very friendly, which is very important to me in a trainer. I was very, very pleased with Jorge as a trainer and look forward to training with him again soon!
Tyler is a great personal trainer! I trained with him for 7 months and went from 198 lbs to 164 lbs. Tyler was by my side every step of the way. He helped adapt each personal training session to what he thought was the best for me. He did not just give me the same workout plan as everyone else. He was always there to push me when I didn't want to finish my workout and set up my weekly workout plans along with a meal plan to help me with my diet. Tyler was very enthusiastic during each session and made me enjoy being at the gym when I didn't want to go some days. If I ever had any questions I could call or text him and he would get back to me very quickly. It was nice to have someone who knew what he was doing and loved what he was doing. I would refer him to anyone that wants a personal trainer that is very involved and cares about your personal goals.

I was coming off a patella tendon tear and was told I needed rehab. I opted to LivFit with Ali and I couldn't ask for better results. In just a few months I am back on my feet and moving like I was before the injury.
