Definitely worth it. I have noticed huge differences with my body since I began their program. And their facility is huge for a personal training studio. They offer different prices depending on what you want to do. All their fitness trainers are experienced, certified and even have degrees in this field. You don't see that level of experience often. If you want the best fitness training at an affordable rate, definitely give them a call!!!
I had my first training session with Anna this week and she exceeded my expectations. She's everything I am looking for in a trainer. She has a great spirit, is a great motivator (tough, but in the best way), and looks amazing herself! So excited to start this journey with her!

I have worked with Julian for 2 months already and I find him very professional and knowledgeable. He has the ability to pinpoint your weaknesses and areas of improvement and tailor a training program to effectively address them. He is constantly monitoring your progress and providing meaningful feedback and adjusting the intensity of the training as necessary. He also supports you while working out; motivating you, making sure your posture is right and providing a lot of information as of why you have to do that specific exercise, the mechanics of the exercise, and how this exercise fits in the bigger picture of your training plan, which I personally find very helpful. Besides, he is very approachable and his stamina really engages you to keep working. I really enjoy working out with him. Julian exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend him.

A great private fitness studio, great equipment and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Nicole is a very experienced and knowledgeable instructor. She is able to pull on her nearly 25 years of experience to to give a wonderful class that anyone with any background can learn from. She really made us all feel at ease so that we could ask questions and really get comfortable with the steps required to save lives. I highly recommend Nicole for CPR training.
Coach Nolan has been amazing in training me. He's super knowledgeable about what I need in order to reach my goals, and is always there helping to guide me to make sure I do what I have to do in order to succeed. There are times when working out isn't so pleasant, but he motivates me to keep going. Thank you Coach!!! I've lost weight and gained muscle and I feel a lot better about my health and how I look!
Ricardo is very attentive and professional. In two trains he heard my issues and was very respectful of my limits, all while still pushing me and keeping me motivated. You can tell that he is very knowledgeable in his field and knows how to do a variety of things (water training, trx, weight-lifting is what I have experienced this far). I can't rave enough about his water training. Let's just say it's much more that 'water aerobics', I am young and relatively fit and I was able to reach my limits. I am hooked, hired him full time and hope to keep working with him in the future. Highly recommended! Definitely worth a consultation.
I just started training with my Svetness Trainer - Georgi and so far it has been a good experience. I am now dedicated to set exercise routine and diet plan. My trainer checks on me on a daily basis. So far so good.
Pedro has been my personal trainer for a year. I have rarely worked out regularly. Pedro helped me love working out 3 times a week for the last year. He is an excellent trainer who is passionate about what he does. He helped me achieve excellent results with his personalized training sessions. He is very patient and if I couldn't do s certain excercise, he would break down into few easier excercises until I get it. He is a great motivator and over the last year has become my friend. I love working out with Pedro and I recommend him very strongly without reservations.
Fantastic! I have been working out in the gym for over 25 years. I was in a car accident seven years ago and stopped working out. I gained 75 pounds and Lost a lot of functionality. I didn't think he could do anything to help me, and I didn't think he could show me anything I didn't know. I was wrong on both counts ! He has me doing from fetal movement combined with strength training and I'm feeling a little better. SHe is enthusiastic about her job, and is an excellent motivator. She pushes me just enough. I highly recommend her

My personal training with Jen has been of great benefit to me. My level of general fitness was the first thing I noticed that had improved and i’m now working towards toning up my body. She introduced me to several amazing new ways of exercising which I immediately found challenging yet fun. This new approach also felt more “real”, as if this is the way the body should be exercising, rather than being locked on a treadmill or cross trainer. I feel great and can see the results in the mirror. She is super friendly, fun and looked forward to working out with her at all my sessions. I am usually a total cynic with this stuff but honestly, if you want to get fit, get in shape or just get stronger and healthier I would absolutely recommend her...she is the most Super Beautiful Professional Trainer.

I love Jennifer and her approach. She's not just about the scale, the pounds, and the looks. Jennifer geniounly cares about her clients' wellbeing and that includes physical and mental fitness. You have fun working out with her. She pushes you while you always at the same time know and feel that she's got you. She takes care of you. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable not just in the field of physical fitness, but also when it comes to mental support & wellbeing, motivation, and nutrition. I even trained with Jen via long distance. She went above and beyond and created a video for me in which she demonstrated and explained the different exercises. I could do this workout everywhere which was super practical while traveling and after I had moved to the west coast. I lost 20 pounds in two months on her program while also watching what I ate. But I credit her training and more even her spirit, her inspiration, and her support with helping me stay on track when it came to my nutrition and clean eating as well. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough & can't wait to be in the same city as her again to enjoy a session with her. Thank you, Jennifer, for your help & guidance. You rock!

Christian was my 2ND personal trainer. He was enthusiastic and blast to be around but most importantly he really new his stuff. His knowledge training and nutrition is top notch.
I absolutely loved my first trial session with Kaizen Training! First of all we organized it within a few days and thankfully he could accommodate his time I could train. We discussed my goals and put together training plan that tested my abilities! During the session he was very attentive to my strengths and weaknesses and I felt very comfortable throughout the class.
I have initiated a fitness program more than 2 years ago because Kannel showed me the benefits of strength training. I am a certified Health & Nutrition Coach who was allergic to gyms. I truly believed that if I went training I would transform in the woman Hulk. 2 years later when she finally got her certification I could not pass the opportunity to be trained by this passionate and dedicated fitness woman. Kannel possess the unique ability to make you work in your routine and finish it. It is as if you are climbing Mount Everest, and when you are done training you surprisingly find yourself at the top. Two months ago I decided to get fit and this has been a great overall experience!! I saw results within only one week of training. Legendary Fitness are well organized and provide a clean, welcoming environment with equipment for all my needs. Both, the one on one sessions and the group classes are very creative (Ive never get bored!) plus I get a custom diet designed to meet my personal goals. The exercises along with the constant drive and motivation from my trainer are intense but he keeps the classes fun as I feel myself getting stronger both physically and mentally. We review my diet, training and goals very often. I am very satisfied with Legendary Fitness and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in enhancing their physical and psychological well being.
