Really quick and experienced team that was a pleasure to work with. They cleaned the drain from the roof vent to the septic line, fixed a jammed tub stopper, and cleared two slow-draining shower drains. Went the extra mile to help clean and deodorize the stagnant tub debris. Will do business again!

Roberto came at the time he said he would, and took care of the heavy clog in the kitchen sink by snaking the drain. He took the time to use the smaller auger first to protect the pipes, and if it didnāt work, he would go with the 1/2ā. The smaller one fixed it. He also adjusted the kitchen faucet on his own initiative, no charge. Roberto left everything clean when he was done. I would call him again.

BEWARE DO NOT TRUST! Very disappointed that I trusted Dariel. I called him because one of my apartment units had water coming from underneath the LVP floor in the kitchen. The first thing I asked him was to check the AC closet and make sure it wasn't leaking and water was running underneath the LVP and surfacing in the kitchen (AC closet is next to the kitchen and doesn't have LVP so any water that accumulates on th tile floor will go under the LVP). HE said he checked and it was dry and the drainage pipe was clean. He said the issue was with the cast iron drainage in the kitchen and I explained that the kitchen drainage was replaced with PVC and only the front of the unit and the bathroom still had cast iron. He then started badmouthing the work that was done in the kitchen 3 years ago and that the cast iron is cracked and that's why it's leaking. He said I have two options 1. Use a snake to clear the drainage and he could do it for the 3 units in the building or 2. Tear down the wall and floor to replace the cast-iron pipes.
I went with option 1 because I would do that unless I was completely sure it needed to be done. He charged $450 to clean the drainage with a snake and I said OK and didn't even try to haggle because I trusted he was being a professional and he had made a proper diagnosis. 1 day later I get a call from the tenant saying the issue still persists, so I went and called someone else because something didn't feel right. The other person went and the first thing they noticed was that the AC closes was wet and the AC drain pipe was clogged. They proceed to fix it and there is no more leaking issues.
Very disappointed that I trusted Dariel and his company. Not only did he get the wrong diagnosis after I specifically asked him to check the AC but he proceeded to charge me for a service that was not needed and wa trying to push for a bigger teardown if the issue persisted.
I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt after the behavior that the tenants described and the diagnosis give by the other person that went after the issue persisted. I called him to ask how he had missed the AC problem when he claimed he checked it, he was very defensive and claimed I was offending him since I ask him to refund me part of the money because he was deceitful, and he said the only way he would give me any money back was if I met him in person. I don't live in Miami and considering how confrontational he was behaving even if I lived in Miami I wouldn't have accepted to meet. Considering how I paid him via zelle and not in person I found it very odd what he was suggesting; I didn't even want all the money back just part of it.
I lost $450 with a dishonest indivual/business but he lost more business opportunities with my properties. I would not recommend because of the dishonesty shown and the lack of professionalism.
