I just started training with Oney one-on-one less than a month and I love it. Oney is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I really enjoyed the varieties & challenges he put into the sessions. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & of course fun. Most importantly, he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual, always set up & ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. For every soreness I experience, the more I want to go back. I must be a glutton for punishment. I thoroughly enjoy working out at Onyx Fitness and would recommend Oney & his team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.
I started my first day of training today and I'm extremely happy with my decision to have Anna as my trainer. She has to be the most amazing person I've meet in a long time, she's patient with me and she took the time to learn my strength and weakness before moving forward with training me.. Her work out area at home is clean and very much comfortable... I'm beyond excited for this journey with her and I look forward to very work out session with her.. I must say after my first work I feel extremely good just knowing I have Anna as a trainer....
Matt changed my life! As a former body builder in my early 20s, I was the last person I ever thought would need to hire a personal trainer. Life and business somehow caught up to me and over the last 5-10 years I really slacked off from the gym. Nolan is a highly intelligent fitness expert, he knows his stuff. He helped me develop a training training regimen developed towards my needs. He also helped me develop a meal plan that really made an impact on my energy levels, training, and muscle gain. He was also able to do this from long distance through email and text, he routinely checks up on my progress and gives me pointers!!
Fantastic! I have been working out in the gym for over 25 years. I was in a car accident seven years ago and stopped working out. I gained 75 pounds and Lost a lot of functionality. I didn't think he could do anything to help me, and I didn't think he could show me anything I didn't know. I was wrong on both counts ! He has me doing from fetal movement combined with strength training and I'm feeling a little better. SHe is enthusiastic about her job, and is an excellent motivator. She pushes me just enough. I hired Pedro to train my parents since they're aging and I'm concerned about their health and lack of physical activity in their lifestyle. They both work hard as teachers and continue to gain weight and become more sedentary. Pedro has been heaven sent. My parents (mom 57, dad 66) are excited about the training and after only a few sessions already show signs of improvement in energy. Pedro is flexible and very easy to work with. He drives to their house and pushes each one to do more within their limits. My parents especially love the cool down stretch towards the end of each session. I couldn't be happier with their feedback. I just started training with my Svetness Trainer - Georgi and so far it has been a good experience. I am now dedicated to set exercise routine and diet plan. My trainer checks on me on a daily basis. So far so good.
Ricardo is very attentive and professional. In two trains he heard my issues and was very respectful of my limits, all while still pushing me and keeping me motivated. You can tell that he is very knowledgeable in his field and knows how to do a variety of things (water training, trx, weight-lifting is what I have experienced this far). I can't rave enough about his water training. Let's just say it's much more that 'water aerobics', I am young and relatively fit and I was able to reach my limits. I am hooked, hired him full time and hope to keep working with him in the future. Highly recommended! Definitely worth a consultation.

I started training with Damian about 2 months ago and I won't be stopping anytime soon! He is the perfect balance of tough and sweet and always pushes me to do my absolute best. Since I have started, I've not only noticed changes in the way I look, but I feel so much stronger. Working out at Damian's private gym is absolutely fantastic! It is spotless and has everything you could ever need to get fit. I leave every session feeling energized and stronger than the last session. He is very flexible with scheduling and always goes out of his way to make sure that you are able to be trained as often as you would like. I recommend Damian to anyone who is serious about looking great and feeling even better!
I've been training with Verena for about 3 month now and I'm very happy. She is very pleasant and attentive to my needs. Workouts are different every time and they go by fast. I get a good workout that doesn't repeat itself.
What else can I say about Dienifer? She is amazing for many reasons: 1- She is a woman , so she understands me in my bad days. 2- She encourages me throughout 3- Its not only about the training sessions for her...she msgs to see how r u doing and I think is really nice from her to do that. 4- Thanks to her I am really comited to my training and to reach my goals. 5- I used to think that exercises will be boring and She changed my perception. I have found Jon Paul to be an excellent trainer, very flexible and adaptable to people of different age groups, fitness level, and backgrounds.
