Latest Review: I have had Judo and martial arts training with Jon Paul during the past three years in Miami. I have found Jon Paul to be an excellent trainer, very flexible and adaptable to people of different age groups, fitness level, and backgrounds.
I recommend Jon wholeheartedly not only for martial arts training, but based on his qualifications and educational level, I would also recommend him for other fitness type of training, such as health related conditioning and strength, weight loss, body toning, muscle growth, or training for sports specific activities.
