We were extremely fortunate to have had Dade County Food Group cater our wedding last week. Not only did they provide us with EXCELLENT service during our event but Brian was by far the EASIEST, most DOWN-TO-EARTH caterer to work with in the days leading up to our wedding. He helped us execute the vision we had by working within our budget and providing us with useful strategies about event flow and advice about different plating options and ingredients. At the end of the day, Brian and his team at Dade County Food Group prepared the most DELICIOUS food we have ever had at a wedding. The food was even better than what we tried during the tasting (which didn't seem possible!). All of our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and most went up and got seconds. Even abuela! Our guests even chanted his name during the reception!!! That's unheard of!!! In addition to the unbelievably tasty food, Brian's staff (waiters, water servers, bus boys, bartenders, chefs, etc) were friendly and fun but maintained their professionalism. At the end of the reception, Brian and his staff worked quickly and efficiently to remove all their equipment from the venue and they even helped our families pick up. Heck, they even arrived 1 day before the wedding to help set up! I know what you're thinking, "This sounds to good to be true." It's not. Brian and his team are thoughtful, honest, hard working, caring, and resourceful. And at the end of the day, they cook some REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD FOOD. At the very least you should contact DCFG for your catering needs. I promise you won't be disappointed with them. I guarantee they will cook the BEST DAMN FOOD you have ever tried. And if you don't agree, then please send the food my way because I have been dying for another bite ever since our wedding day!

If you are looking for a caterer for any reason, stop your search here. Chef Brian is the greatest to work with! Dade County Food Group catered my 100 person wedding.... And HAMD MADE GNOCCHI for everyone. I believe Chef Carlos was up for many hours the night before rolling out the tiny gnocchi for my guests- now that's service! Cocktail hour was such a hit that my guests are still craving the chicken and waffles and bacon wrapped, goat cheese stuffed dates! (Ps- Please let Brian add bacon to your menu! They are bacon magicians). I had such a wonderful experience working with Brian and his entire team from the private food tasting, to his help with referrals, to my wedding day. Brian's staff was professional, looked great, was earlier than on time and even had everything cleaned and organized before they left. Now for Brian's wait staff and bartenders- my guests are STILL talking about the level or service they got! Usually people gush over the flowers, the food, or (blush) the bride! But my guests were most impressed with how wonderfully the staff served the food, tended the bar, cleaned up plates, and glasses never went empty! It started pouring after our cocktail hour, so Brian's staff physically moved one of the bars and all the alcohol/ drinks under the tent and kept pouring the bubbly. If there was an issue, I never knew about it. That's what you want on your wedding day- a caterer who serves amazing food and provides your guests with an amazing experience all while keeping you stress free! Thank you Brian, Carlos and team! My name is Hazel , I had requested many inquiries for caterers for my upcoming wedding. First wonderful impression Brian gave was that he was the first to response. What I loved about him and his company as well, was that he offered customized food menus to go with my liking. :) I thought that was wonderful. Unfortunately, I was not able to book him due to the budget I have and I had to settle for a banquet hall. I loved how he was attentive, that when I had forgotten to contact him for 2 days he kindly contacted me. I will ALWAYS reserve his information if another occasion comes, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him to my family, friends, and any other people out there. We originally booked Culinary Artz for just the catering, but by the time of the wedding they handled everything from full service wedding planning with entertainment, to flowers, to decorations and site set-ups. They took care of everything, and they went above and beyond, making sure everything went perfect. We were very uneducated to what was needed and what to expect for a wedding when we first sat down with Culinary Artz, they took the time to walk us threw in detail what to expect, and answer any questions we had. We had a lot of shifts and changes in our planning, due to a lot of factors, but culinary Artz took the time to help us and to adapt to the change, they never missed a beat! They excelled at the little things that made the wedding all that much greater, like saving and serving the whole wedding party outside before we made our entrance. I can’t stress enough how much that made a difference after a long day of running around getting ready with no time to eat, especially to my wife. With Culinary Artz as our wedding planners, we never had to worry about a thing, they took are of all the set up and breakdown, all the placements and decorations looked incredible. My wife and I were able to focus on our day, and not worry about any of the planning or details. Now to the food, man was it good! I personally have never had wedding food that exited me or I thought tasted that great. Michael and his team hit it out of the park, every dish was perfect, and not one person had anything negative about the food. We received many compliments all night that the food was amazing, and we had a very diverse and picky crowd. So I’ll end with this, Culinary Artz created a beautiful stress free environment, with incredible food, that over all allowed us the enjoy the whole day the way we wanted, and for that I say thank you to the whole Culinary Artz team!

Chef Michael hosted a wedding reception dinner for 32 people in our home, with outstanding results. We could not be happier with the outcome. The tables and decor were beautiful, his staff was very professional, and the food was awesome. All of our quests complimented us on both the food and the decor. Our one complaint is that we would have liked the sauce for the Chicken Piccata to be a little thicker with a little more lemon, but the whole rest of the menu was outstanding, especially the Caesar salad, and the prime rib. We're still getting compliments. I would highly recommend Culinary Artz, We will definitely be using Chef Micheal for our next event.

I hired Lori to cater my sister's bridal shower. We had a luau theme, and Lori came up with a great menu that fit the theme. Doreen and Bill were right on time and got right to work. They were awesome! They were friendly, polite to everyone, and kept the food coming! The bacon wrapped pineapple and mango chicken on the edible spoon were so yummy! Everyone loved them. The ladies also loved that the tails had been removed from the coconut shrimp, as we all struggle with how to bite them elegantly at parties, and then what to do with the tails? So, that was very thoughtful. Doreen and Bill had everything plated and ready to go right on time, and they filled anything that started to empty quickly and efficiently. I had the pistachio fish, which was so good. A lot of people had the chicken too. My grandmother said it was the best key lime pie she has ever had. Everyone I checked with said the food was very good, and many people asked for the caterer's name. I would definitely recommend Lori!

I used Lori's catering services for a small get together and birthday party for about 30 people. Since I was a novice at party giving, Lori was very good about checking in with me along the way and making suggestions about both the menu and the setup. We had more than enough food which had been a particular worry of mine since I could not picture amounts. The party was for noon on a Sunday and I elected to do sort of a blend between a brunch and a lunch. In particular, the strata, mango salad and berry fruit salad were the most popular and I found that the dressings, sauces and spreads that accompanied the food were what added to the uniqueness of the ham, rolls and other salads. Everything was tasty and fresh. The delivery person was on time and helpful with food placement as it was a buffet style. The dishes were all set to go on platters and we supplied the serving utensils and beverages. I would certainly recommend Lori for whatever occasion you might need these services.

We had a destination wedding in Florida and needed help bringing it all together. From the first time we spoke with Ana, her kindness and excitement for our wedding were refreshing. The venue I wanted was a beach venue and hadn't had a wedding yet (so they had no clue about times, order etc).
