Having found mold in the water closet for the hot water heater of my manufactured home, I obtained three estimates. The first two companies came and gave me their estimates. John from All Dry SWFL came and first suggested we turn on the shower because the water pipes to the shower were adjacent to the moldy closet. When the shower was turned on there was water every where, and it was obvious a leaking water pipe to the shower head was the source of the water. At that point I thought he had earned my business. Mold remediation without accounting for where the water or moisture comes from is hopeless. John did a good job on the mold remediation also.
