Nicole led a Yoga 101 class. She did a wonderful job introducing absolute beginners to the practice of yoga. She is patient and observant of the students and helps them with modifications as necessary. There were people in the class from college-age to retirees. I have since taken other classes with Nicole because of the good experience I had in her beginner's class.

If you are seeking a yoga instruction, Shelley Parris Williams is the one to go to. Aware of her practice in FL, I anxiously awaited for her arrival in NY so I could be led by her. Not only does she demonstrate knowledge of technique, but she taught me how to breath correctly (I knew I had been shortening my breathe with incorrect breathing) and takes time to connect with you. Guided by her words and movement, I experienced an "ahhhhhhh" type of experience. Everyone should share in this experience with her!
