They were great. They came on time and was very professional. I even asked about other things for them to do on the day that they came and they when completed my yard was beautiful again. I will definitely be using them again. They are very affordable and works with you. Not only do they do yard work but I will be using them to trim an cut down tress in my yard.
Danielle has done an excellent job with being my personal trainer and has given me the encouragement I needed to accomplish my primary goals (which are to lose weight and stay fit). I've worked out with many strong personal trainers over the years and Heather is the best. She was very effective working through prior injuries, increasing strength to avoid future injury, and focusing workouts to regain lost mobility from injuries and build strength for ski season which were my primary goals. I wish she lived closer so I could work out with her again. It's been over a year since my training with Heather and I still feel stronger from it.

Nick is exactly what a personal trainer should be. He's professional, attentive, motivating and concerned for safety. I was looking for an hour long workout that would burn 1000 calories - something that would rival and exceed Orange Theory. Nick put together a plan that accomplished that goal in a way that kept it fun and safe even though it was pretty grueling. Great Experience!
