I used Custom Flooring and Trim LLC for my entire house Bamboo Flooring installation. The house had carpet and titles. Curtis, the owner, had to rip off the carpet and demolish the titles, he then sand down the floor and resurface the concrete foundation floor to make the floor level. It was a lot of work to prepare the floor in order to get a completely even floor to install the Bamboo flooring. I am a perfectionist, and want everything in perfect condition. After watching how Curtis prepare and install the flooring, I would say Curtis is a perfectionist. The floor came out stunningly beautiful and flawless. After more than 2 years since Curtis installed the flooring, it is still in perfect condition. I am so happy with the flooring work Curtis did. Thumbtack sent me 5 carpenters upon my request. I interviewed all of them and picked Curtis. I am very happy with my choice. Curtis has the best workmanship in town, and he charges most reasonable price for his work. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend Curtis - Custom Flooring and Trim LLC.

My sister and elderly parents hired Arnold and team to install safety bars in bathrooms, in living room and outside in concrete wall. We are always hesitant about hiring, however, We are beyond pleased to have hired this team of workers. They are experienced, neat and quick. They offer friendly advice and are fair in their price. Their work speaks for itself. We are very happy with their work and would continue to hire them in the future.

Nelson sent an installer to install 6x24 wood look porcelain tile in my master bedroom and enclosed porch along with new baseboard and crown molding. The installer was very punctual and professional and did a fantastic job of laying the tile on a very uneven concrete floor. He did a beautiful job and in the end both floors are incredibly flat with no "toe kickers". I will definitely be contacting Nelson for other jobs I need done around the house. Thank you Nelson and Estenio! Oh yeah, and the best part is, the pricing was very reasonable!

Winter Park Handyman Services did a great job on my backyard patio installation involving both concrete pavers and wooden pergola construction. They constructed and supervised sub-contraction when needed to my complete satisfaction. At the time, weather and holiday came into the picture causing delays, but their communication was consistent till job completion. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the near future.

I would definitely hire Gentle Hands Handyman Services again. They were trustworthy, considerate, and dedicated to high quality work (which was painstaking--cutting through concrete to install a dog door). They purchased what I needed, then as they started to drill, covered their area to minimize dust, and cleaned up after. They obviously care about helping and even came out on a holiday weekend to complete the job. The price was low, and I thought they deserved more than they asked. I would trust these guys if I had to let them work alone...they're that honest and that good.

John came the same day I called and we discussed what I wanted done. He had some very good suggestions and with very little dickering we agreed to a price for him to construct a 24 by 12 concrete patio and remove the old paver bricks and old sidewalk. He came the very next day and began the demo work and some prep work. (This was on a Saturday) On Monday his crew was here on time, laid out the forms and cleared out the necessary grass and soil. The concrete arrived about 11:30 am and by 1 :00 pm the patio was poured and looking great. They did the finishing work, removed the forms and my new patio was done and finished. He also repaired a broken driveway spot at the same time. Great Job! Great People to deal with! Great people doing the work. If I ever need concrete work done again, John Campbell gets the call. I highly recommend John Campbell. He does what he says he will do and then some. He is there when he says he will be there. He is a man of his word. KUDOS to John and his workers!

Took four different attempts to hang a mirror (48 inch diameter approx 55 pounds) that I knew was going to be a pain due to concrete wall immediately behind wallboard. Gerson (the handyman) ended up with 2 x three different holes in the wallboard before finding an anchor that he thought would work. Hung the mirror and while pulling of the plastic protective covering on the front of the mirror the mirror pulled the anchors out of the wall. Ended up putting a strip of wood on top of the wallboard and attaching it to the small wooden spacing strips that the drywall is nailed to. Not the sleek finished look we were hoping for as the mirror tilts down and the strip of wood is noticeable if you look at it from the side. The mirror is set back into an alcove so its not that big of a deal just not the look we wanted. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work he put in, very polite and willing to answer all questions and concerns. Did charge an extra 20 dollars for the trip due to him having to come from Kissimmee. Would consider hiring again for any routine handyman projects. Pictures show finished project wit left and right views showing wood strip used to mount to the wall.

My patio was crack and the screen room was coming away from the wall due to erosion and other problems. They were able to stabilize everything. Price was great too

Will Ruiz and his company My House Aluminum gave us an excellent experience in replacing our driveway. They tore out the old driveway and removed the concrete. Then replaced it with brand new concrete. The entire project was done exactly according to the timeline that was laid out. And, it came in at exactly the price as quoted.

I highly recommend A.A.A. Paver and Construction, LLC. The owner, Serafim, was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions throughout the project. I received a detailed written estimate listing all of the project components along with a signed copy of the final agreement. I was especially impressed with Serafim's customer service and follow through. My drive-way was finished in just a few days and the workmanship was top notch! I have shared this company's information with friends and will definitely hire A.A.A. for any future paving/concrete projects!

We hired John to remove a tile floor on our house that had been improperly installed. John worked us into his schedule and came on time, ready to work. He and his helper worked tirelessly to remove old tiles and thinset in order to bring our concrete floor back to smooth. It wasn't an easy job. John has been very accommodating in working to a mutually convenient schedule as we have a house full of furniture to work around and the entire existing floor must come up. When they left, they cleaned everything up and hauled all the old tile and thinset away. Nice job!!

The guys were a pleasure to work with, were very honest and gave us a great quote for all of the concrete work we had done. The only issue I had was I would have liked for them to haul the dirt which was taken to lay the concrete. Instead, it was placed on top of my lawn and this inevitably killed my grass. They went above and beyond by getting seed and fertilizer to try to fix the issue, but the grass is different and will eventually need to be re-sodded. The concrete work however is perfect and I've already received compliments on how much it has improved our driveway and back patio area.
