FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are licensed and insured. You also want to see if they are knowledgable in what they do. Most inspectors are either members of NACHI or even members of the local chamber which adds to their creditability. If in doubt seek identification to make sure they are who they are. Check with people you know and often times they can recommend a licensed home inspector they used or are familar with. Last of all whether you are purchasing or selling your home always get a home inspection. More and more sellers are getting their homes inspected before they are placed on the market to find out what repairs are needed and this also helps you to decide on an asking price. Remember homes in good shape generally go for top dollar
