I am also certified to teach Children's Yoga and am a Certified Hypnotherapist and Psychologist, and student of Ayurveda, incorporating all my lessons and insights from various paths and disciplines for a holistic and profound experience.
Michele instantly fell in love with yoga after her first Anusara class in 2003, and she has been dedicated to the practice ever since. Yoga sparked her curiosity and desire to grow deeper in mind, body, and soul.
The goal Michele has for each class is to create a fresh and meaningful experience, by offering fluid, creative, and challenging sequences, focusing on alignment and breath.
