Had several one-on-one sessions with Tracy. She was very helpful in helping me get through some inaccurate postures and in getting a better home-based practice underway. She emailed me in-between sessions and gave me good diet advice as well. Truly a well-trained teacher and lover of Jesus. A great teacher.
I had always wanted to try yoga, but was too embarrased to try going to a large class. I met Jamie through a friend, and decided to finally give it a go. Starting from the very first class, Jamie was very adept at making you feel comfortable and accepted. I found she was excellent at catering to the level and mindset of the student in order to keep them from feeling silly or conspicuous. That had been a large concern of mine. Jamie's home studio is neat and clean and she spends a great deal of time making it feel welcoming. I would love to see her in an enlarged studio at some point in the future, with the ability to accomodate larger groups of students. Jamie is a great teacher. I would encourage anyone to try out yoga with her.
