I just started training with Oney one-on-one less than a month and I love it. Oney is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I really enjoyed the varieties & challenges he put into the sessions. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & of course fun. Most importantly, he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual, always set up & ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. For every soreness I experience, the more I want to go back. I must be a glutton for punishment. I thoroughly enjoy working out at Onyx Fitness and would recommend Oney & his team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.
I started my first day of training today and I'm extremely happy with my decision to have Anna as my trainer. She has to be the most amazing person I've meet in a long time, she's patient with me and she took the time to learn my strength and weakness before moving forward with training me.. Her work out area at home is clean and very much comfortable... I'm beyond excited for this journey with her and I look forward to very work out session with her.. I must say after my first work I feel extremely good just knowing I have Anna as a trainer....

Nolan is a highly intelligent fitness expert, he knows his stuff. He helped me develop a training training regimen developed towards my needs. He also helped me develop a meal plan that really made an impact on my energy levels, training, and muscle gain. He was also able to do this from long distance through email and text, he routinely checks up on my progress and gives me pointers!!
Fantastic! I have been working out in the gym for over 25 years. I was in a car accident seven years ago and stopped working out. I gained 75 pounds and Lost a lot of functionality. I didn't think he could do anything to help me, and I didn't think he could show me anything I didn't know. I was wrong on both counts ! He has me doing from fetal movement combined with strength training and I'm feeling a little better. SHe is enthusiastic about her job, and is an excellent motivator. She pushes me just enough. A few months ago I decided to focus on my health and fitness. I looked into fitness training and after meeting with 3 trainers I decided to go with Frank Latella. His knowledge how to help each individual client is amazing . I started seeing results in others and then I noticed how my body took an awesome appearance. My energy level is thru the roof! I am very pleased with my work outs with Frank . I am almost to my goal and I couldn't have done it without Frank Latella showing me the way. I started working with Raz aprox 2 Years ago. Im a international student and i lost my way here in the states the first year.I gained aprox 30-35 pounds. I started working with Raz because i was desperate for a change and in the first 2 Months i lost around 20pounds. Then i did not only lose the rest of the weight i gained here, but i decided to start training to enhance my body to a advanced level of fitness. So its now that 2 years after im still training with Raz and im in the best shape of my life (yet). I 100% recommend Raz, you are going to achieve your goals and i assure you that you are going to be happy with the results.

I've been training with Damian for several months now. He's committed and invested in the success of his clients and to his credit appears to have many long-term clients which is always a good sign. The gym he has is perfect for whatever you need and the people there are very nice.
I've been training with Verena for about 3 month now and I'm very happy. She is very pleasant and attentive to my needs. Workouts are different every time and they go by fast. I get a good workout that doesn't repeat itself.

About 4 months ago I started training with Brian and I have lost 30 lbs. The nutrition advice is great and easy to follow, he lays all of the information out in a very understandable way. Also the motivation that he provides has been the spark that allowed me to obtain my goals. He also trained my daughter that is on the high school swim team in nutrition and High Intensity Training, including sprints.
I have been training with Kannel for almost two months now. In this time, I’ve seen improvements in my physical appearance, energy levels, strength, and general well-being. But one of the most important things I’ve achieved with Kannel is a greater sense of discipline and commitment. Prior to training with her, I rarely visited the gym, and found it virtually impossible to muster the strength to work out. I love Jennifer and her approach. She's not just about the scale, the pounds, and the looks. Jennifer geniounly cares about her clients' wellbeing and that includes physical and mental fitness. You have fun working out with her. She pushes you while you always at the same time know and feel that she's got you. She takes care of you. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable not just in the field of physical fitness, but also when it comes to mental support & wellbeing, motivation, and nutrition. I even trained with Jen via long distance. She went above and beyond and created a video for me in which she demonstrated and explained the different exercises. I could do this workout everywhere which was super practical while traveling and after I had moved to the west coast. I lost 20 pounds in two months on her program while also watching what I ate. But I credit her training and more even her spirit, her inspiration, and her support with helping me stay on track when it came to my nutrition and clean eating as well. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough & can't wait to be in the same city as her again to enjoy a session with her. Thank you, Jennifer, for your help & guidance. You rock!

After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
Krystina has helped me immensely with my mobility and flexability training. Always showing me different techniques to decompress my joints and stay loose as well as build stabilization strength. The biggest area of in improvement was in my lower back which Ms. Dowdell taught me that its the surrounding muscles like my hips that cause that area to be tight. Just by doing the exercises and stretching techniques a lot of the pressure on my lower back has been relieved and with being a martial artist it really makes a difference!
