Introduction: I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with over 30 years experience working with couples and individuals to facilitate optimal wellness and personal empowerment. I have a hypnotherapy specialty and often guide meditations for anxiety management, impulse control, pain management and visualizing preferred methods of handling personal challenges. I help my clients scan for resource experiences in their learning history that we can drag and drop into the situations where they need to have them. There's a lot of power embedded in the very problems that are giving us such grief. It is my intention to help people milk their problems for all they are worth and transform unwelcome traumas into useful learnings. I work with couples both individually and together to help them manage conflict and negotiate agreements to create healthy relationships that best meet the needs of each partner.
