- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an initial consult, either at a coffee shop or in my gym, to get to know each other and find out your goals and what kind of plan you would like to achieve them. From there we'll go through a short workout, I'll develop the plan and we'll work together to set short maintainable and achieve steps to the energy, health, and body you want!

NCSF - (National Council on Strength and Fitness) Certified Personal Trainer Studied Exercise Science at Winona State University
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I train clients from collegiate athletes to clients looking for weight loss, weight gain, toning/building, strength/endurance, and injury recovery. I also train post-physical therapy patients, clients with MS, and Parkinson's to developed strength, balance.
