Working with Stephen Moody is always a fantastic experience! Not only does he make you feel welcomed, but Stephen also makes the whole experience fun. There is no awkwardness and he has a way of making you feel at ease! I've used Stephen's services to photograph my family and I. Stephen values your opinions and thoughts on how and where the session should take place, plus he adds his special touches to make the session that much more! Each photo session was done outside and each lasted for a full hour, which I was grateful for. I knew within that hour he had captured something incredible! Stephen is both professional and warm. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! I look forward to using his services in the future. Stephen took photographs for advertising for our private school, as well as helped form the script, shoot the footage, and edit the footage for an informational/educational video about our school. He was very flexible, helpful, and knowledgeable. He worked well with the variety of age groups at our school and the challenges that can come with working with children. Pathways For Change this past year contracted with Stephen Moody and Dunn Media to produce a series of videos to help tell our story at Pathways For Change. He did a video story for each of our programs and the results were fantastic. The videos are of the highest quality and the content was moving and captured our story. I highly recommend Stephen and Dunn Media for any video or photography projects you have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on the size of a job or contract. If it is over a certain amount, I will break things down into payments of thirds or halves. Other than that, I am pretty transparent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am an active member of the PPA (Professional Photographers of America), go to workshops and conferences, as well as online trainings to learn new techniques.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I noticed some great nature photography in Patagonia's company catalog while being an outdoor guide. Seeing that the photographer was from Asheville, NC (where I lived at the time) I called him on the phone, said I wanted to learn, and the rest is history. Next thing I knew, I was waking up at 5am in the back of a Nissan truck to go photograph the US Olympic Whitewater Team.
