5 years ago, my shower was originally installed with a wrong pitch by another company. This caused the water in my shower to drain poorly. Stew came to assess the project and provided me with a very good cost for repair. Once he began repairing the issue he determined the shower had major issues due to the poor installation by the previous company. Stew made repairs and preventative measures to ensure my shower was not only draining properly but he also made repairs to bring my shower up to code. Stew was thorough and great to work with. I will definitely be using R&S Facility Services for future home projects in the very near future!

The technician showed up at the scheduled time and fixed our problem. He explained what the problem was and that he could fix it today. Within the hour, our shower doors were working better than before. He even showed me what the original installer forgot to attach. Luckily he had the exact part in his truck and he fixed the doors like they should have been done years ago. I was very impressed at how efficient he was and he cleaned up everything. We are highly satisfied with the service we got today. And will use them again.
