Bianca is an amazing instructor. She really focus on your form, your breath work and meditation. She also spends 20-30 minutes on stretching your entire body before going into any poses, also explaining what body parts are being worked from the inside out. I have been practicing with Bianca for 3 years now at Rainberry Bay in Delray Beach and compairing her to many other Yoga Instructors she is difently one of the best. If anyone is new to Yoga she is someone who will help your needs. If you are a current Yogi she will make you stronger.

Is really hard, complicated and embarrassing starting practicing yoga on my 45 years old, basically knee , back pain and shoulder problems, Tamara in two month help me to resolve that, get more elasticity and focused on my practice, she understand very well the real definition what Yoga does and she is an excellent and good vibration Yoga teacher.
Cynthia is a natural teacher. Her love and respect for yoga is very apparent and she is very enthusiastic about sharing the joys of yoga with her students. Her instruction is very clear, and her adjustments are a wonderful blend of simple alignment corrections and gentle reminders to push your practice deeper while still listening to your body. I originally came to her with some specific issues that I have been dealing with for years. She crafted a perfect sequence that addressed all my needs. Chronic pain has left me extremely tight in some areas, and my yoga practice is less than graceful at times. As I fumble through some of the poses, she effortlessly finds ways to modify the poses to my skill level in a very non-judgmental way. I am also always impressed at her awareness of my breath work. She consistently works with me to make sure that I get the most of my session with gentle loving reminders to return to my breath work throughout. I lead a very hectic life full of stress that seems to melt away after her sessions. I always leave her yoga instruction feeling more relaxed, balanced, and grounded.

Meredith led 18 of us on a bachelorette through a great 1-hour yoga class. She dedicated the class to the bride, sourcing inspirational and thoughtful poems/prayers about love/marriage. She was always responsive over email, the price was very reasonable, and she was punctual. She was also a good sport when the rain came in and she kept teaching! I would recommend Meredith to anyone.

I had a personal home session with Cole and he was amazing. He’s very thoughtful and carefully explains each pose I am turning into to make sure I do not hurt myself. I requested his yoga instruction specifically to help stretch my lower back. Each movement and pose targeted my needs thanks to his expertise. I can’t wait to see him again.
Denies is a wonderful yoga teacher. Her classes always leave me feeling relaxed, centered and flexible. Her voice is soothing and she is very accommodating in her instruction. Her class is great for all levels and she perfectly introduces deeper aspects of yoga philosophy that beginners may be weary of. She radiates love and acceptance.
My training with April is the best I have ever had. She works around and helps with whatever my ailments are to the point the feel better. My tone and muscles are being noticed by friends. Her combination of weights, yoga and pilates makes this an enjoyable experience instead of being grueling. I highly recommend her no matter your age. She is very pleasant and one of the finest persons that I know.

For about the past 12+ months, Aly comes to my home to teach me yoga. She is a sensitive and insightful practitioner. She has helped me use yoga to work through chronic lower back pain instead of trying pharmaceuticals. We have made a lot of progress! Excellent job by Marli Azevedo. I highly recommend her. She is patient, smart, calm and very objective. She has worked me through some very difficult time in my life where I just needed someone to talk to and someone to give me a different point of view. Nothing is too small or trivial for her.
