Have been using them for regular service for about a year, and LaMar was really exceptional at communication which is why I kept them on. After grass dormancy season ended, I got on their schedule 2 months ago to have a yard cleanup once the leaves were done falling, and resume regular grass cutting for Saturday, 3/25/17. We agreed and confirmed the date multiple times, as I moved out of state and just turned this into a rental property. He sent me a message saying it would have to be later in the day, which I said was fine as long as it got done that day. Never showed, and now it's been 5 days. I've called, emailed or texted every day and he refuses to get back in touch with me. I don't know if this is the typical contractor "disappearing act", or if there was a medical emergency. But in any case, I wouldn't call because you probably won't hear back. If you do, please let them know I'm still waiting for an explanation as to why a regular, paying customer would be ignored after THEY flaked out on ME. On to looking for a new professional now.
