Sunshine Weddings, LLC (Bill & Karen) were my all-star wedding team! They were an incredible team and worked together and with me to provide my wedding with SEAMLESS day-of coordination (Karen) and Bill served as our wedding officiant/minister. After the ceremony, Bill continued to work through the night with Karen to provide 5+ star service as coordinators for the night of our wedding. I feel truly blessed to have found these two amazing individuals on Thumbtack, to have met them, and have them as a part of our big day. Bill and Karen kept me on track not only on the actual wedding day, but also in the months, weeks and days leading up to the wedding. Wedding planning is a lot of work, and I seriously could not have had a successful wedding without them. They are very easy to talk to, willing to accept input and will bend over backwards to make your vision come to life. They were extremely easy to contact via Thumbtack, email and phone. They are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel like family but maintained a level of professionalism that was unsurpassed by all others I hired on the day of our wedding. They stayed focused on the day-of timeline and itinerary and coached me through the day so that I did not have to worry. I cannot speak enough good things about them, but hope this review gives a glimpse of the amaziness of these two individuals. To sum it all up... they are BEYOND OUTSTANDING. If you read this review and are considering hiring Bill as your wedding officiant, please do yourself a favor and hire him. You will thank yourself later.
Wow! That's what Destiny clearly brings to a wedding! She does a 15 minute consultation AND a huge discount for Thumbtack clients (as of this review) which I really appreciate and makes the process that much better. We haven't started planning my wedding yet, but her site is clean and examples of her work are lovely! In comparison to other wedding planners I've researched this is not something I could do on my own! I vibed with her passion, responsiveness, artistry, professionalism, personality, and understanding for over the top-ness!
After a year of planning and the wedding quickly approaching, boy did we start feeling the pressure! We wanted to hire a wedding coordinator just for the "day of" but weren't quite sure our budget would allow it. We carefully thought it through and decided we really needed someone and began our search. We found Susan with What Really Matters, Inc. and it was a wonderful experience! She was so much more than a "day of coordinator!" She helped us so much with her creative ideas and caring attitude and started as soon as we contacted her! Not just on our wedding day! We are so happy we found her and can't thank her enough for making our special day so amazing!
This group helped us with our corporate party, and were courteous and helpful to our guests and hosts. We appreciated the complete cleanup, and extra attention to the needs of our group. Kudos!
I am the Student Government Sponsor at a local High School. After meeting with 6 event planners and hearing their vision for our "Nightmare" themed Homecoming dance, we decided to go with Marie Walker, owner of Dreams and Experiences Event Planning. Marie and her team absolutely NAILED it! Marie is a great communicator and checked in with us every step of the way. She also sent photos of what we could expect. She made customized desserts for our event and has a perfect eye for detail. The entire school was in LOVE with her work, and if you know any teenagers, you know that they are not easily impressed. Prices were also very fair. We are already looking forward to working with Marie and Dreams and Experiences again next year!
Ok so before my night comes to an end i want to give a huge thank you to Shalamar Bets, this woman is an absolute life saver, i had no idea what i was in for when i started planning our wedding but she was with us every step of the way. I received so many compliments from staff friends and family on her professionalism and attention to detail. My wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without her and her services. We were delighted with the service we received from Annabelle - she is very friendly, organised, professional and extremely reliable. We gave her a photograph of the cake we wanted for our wedding and she brought it to life even more beautifully than I could've hoped. And best of all, her cakes are absolutely delicious! She makes you feel comfortable every step of the way and will not disappoint on your big day! Aly's Party Rentals & Decorations were great they provided all the tables and chairs and decorated my engagement party beautifully. They will definitely be the ones in charge of my wedding. I definitely recommend them.

A Family Affair Event decorating did an amazing job decorating the ceremony and reception for my wedding on 12/16/2017. I was blown away at how they transformed the ceremony space. It was absolutely beautiful and they were great to work with. I highly recommend them!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about A Friend Affair Event Planning. My fiance and I got engaged September 2013, set our wedding date on Christmas Eve (when I found my dream venue), and hired A Friend Affair a few shorts weeks later for our April 2014 wedding. We had three short months to plan our wedding and couldn't have pulled it off without A Friend Affair. I wouldn't have been able to sit back and enjoy the day if I didn't have Hannah as my wedding planner. Our day was absolutely perfect and felt like a dream thanks to her. She is incredibly professional, talented, creative, super sweet, attentive, organized, and took care of every little detail I would have never even thought to do. I could go on and on about how amazing she is! I don't know what I would have done without all of her help. She is THE BEST and I'm so thankful we hired her.
Deborah was wonderful to work with. My wedding day was perfection thanks to Deborah. She was always one step ahead and made sure everything was step up the way I wanted. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding and didn’t have to worry about a thing! Deborah was there throughout the whole process and took care of everything. I would defiantly recommend her to friends and family.
We had a small wedding and she came in and did more than we had asked for! She was fantastic! She helped keep everyone calm! She is s great tool to have!!! She even came early that day! She dressed beautifully and we felt we were in good hands! She accepted us and did not judge us! She is great to have around as well! Very professional but friendly!

Nayda Cruz is an outstanding event coordinator! She works hard, she is very attentive. She proves and shows that she really loves what she does! For my wedding, I remember being able to enjoy the whole event without being interrupted or having to correct any situation, she made sure everything was taken care of and we'll taken care of! Since the wedding I've hired her for my baby shower, and my friends baby showers, friends have hired her for birthday parties and their own weddings and she has never failed to do excellent work! I highly recommend Nayda Cruz to coordinate any kind of event for you!
I never dreamed of having a big wedding. I wanted to elope, but I married into a traditional family who insisted we have a wedding. So, I started planning a small (around 100 people) wedding by myself living 13 hours away from my family and closest friends. After booking most of my vendors I realized I was over my head and had no idea how the day of my wedding would be able to work out since I couldn't get ready and make the venue was ready at the same time. I needed help! We hired Alicia about 4 months before our wedding. She was amazing and helped us save money on various things like programs, decorations, and she helped us negotiate with our location vendor even though we hired her after we booked them. Alicia made our day truly magical. She kept everything on track leading up to our big day and the day of and made sure we were comfortable and having fun the whole time. Our wedding day was everything we never knew we wanted and more because of her. In fact our venue didn't have enough servers present to accommodate our guests, and I had no idea until after our wedding was said and done because she stepped in and ran the kitchen and tended to our guests. I highly recommend Aylesworth Events for anything from birthdays to weddings. They are highly professional, organized and efficient.
