I am passionate about the work I do and always strive to provide my clients with the freshest ingredients available. Not only do we provide quality food but our service is outstanding. We want our clients to be happy and enjoy every moment of their event. We take care of all the details so you don't have to. Our goal is for our clients and their guest to be taken care of and all their needs be met. What I love about my job is that I am able to be creative. My creative outlet is shown by the beautiful events we put on & the thought out care we put into how are food is presented. My job is most rewarding when our clients are happy and they recommend us to their family, friends and associates. The best compliment we can get is a referral. Every event and menu we do is based around our clients vision, and we are happy to create that vision for them.

Alyson has catered two Bar Mitzvah parties for me and countless other events that I have attended. Every single one has been just wonderful. Her foot is delicious and varied, but what I really love about Alyson is that she takes charge of the entire process. She held my hand throughout the menu decisions, and she worked with my DJ to make sure that the whole event ran smoothly. I actually got to enjoy my own parties knowing that Alyson and her crew were on top of things. She handles intimate meals and large parties with equal flair!

Zildjian Catering has provided nothing but excellent service on several occassions for our business meetings. The presentation is always classy and professional and the food selections please every appetite. Not to mention she will work with dietary restrictions and provide healthy food alternatives.

Alyson treated us to an outstanding luncheon. She arrived promptly, prepared and served a delicious luncheon. Our menu : Individual mini warm Brie with grapes, apricots and crackers on the table. Next a savory chicken salad w/celery and apples on a croissant, a Maine lobster croissant served with a salad of baby greens topped with haricot vert- hearts of Palm-English cucumber and artichoke hearts served with a citrus vinaigrette on the side. One hundred and fifteen ladies agreed, many of them from the northeast and are very particular about lobster, that the luncheon was absolutely delicious, the best luncheon we have ever had. As chairperson, I am impressed with Alyson's professionalism, promptness, quality oF the food was outstanding, beautiful presentation.
