- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages can be purchased for a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will conduct a detailed movement and postural assessment in order to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the individual. From there, I will create an individualized program that will systematically progress the client in the most efficient way. I focus on fixing posture and stabilization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and Corrective exercise specialist. I am a licensed massage therapist, with certifications in myofascial release.
