Thanks to DeShon of Extreme Team Fitness, I have found a personal trainer that is professional and motivating. This trainer has my best interest in mind. It's hard to get back into the routine especially when you have not worked out in so many years but he has been patient. I can feel comfortable during my workout. The workout is tailored to my personal goals and the sessions are flexible. #FitChickInTheMaking
Jake is the best Trainer I've had at any youfit facility. He works with you and sends you a plan each month with a schedule of what that month's exercises will entail based on your progress in the previous month. He really cares about the progress you make and is overall just a great guy! :)
I was never a believer even as his sister. Didn't quite believe in his method until I worked with him plus I'm a super pessimist. Even with me being a doctor and medical professional, that has also had other personal trainer, he took my health to the next level past other trainers. I lost 10lbs, toned stuff I could never tone in the past and became more efficient in my workouts even without him. The mental and spiritual health is important along with the physical. He works all 3 to the highest level because he cares about the whole person. IHe is the best and if u don't try him, your loss.
I have been working with my trainer James and am so excited and impressed with the progress I have made since September. I have lost almost 20 pounds and feel great! I broke my ankle and injured my back in January so James really helped me by creating a personalized plan that allowed me to become stronger without injury. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and is always able to answer my questions and fully explains everything to me. We work closely together on a nutrition plan thay is extremely helpful. He is always on time and even sends reminder text messages about our next training session. I would highly recommend James to anyone who wants to make changes to feel better and grow stronger!
I have my choice of about 5 gyms that are within walking distance or a quick bike ride from my house. I make the choice to get in my car and drive three miles to workout with Bill. If you know me that statement alone is quite the testimonial. Bill is an excellent trainer. His workouts are unique and vary every time I come in, no two training sessions are the same. I love that Bill pushes me without risking an injury. The Frequency XP Group classes keep me engaged and motivated. I love that the people I am working out with are there to get in a good workout, have some fun and push each other. Bill is very in tune with an individual's physical abilities and can modify a workout so that you get the very best workout possible. Combine all of this with Bill's vast knowledge of nutrition and diet and it is impossible not to see results!

Fernada Blakely "Blake" is an awesome personal trainer and coach. He has trained me in everything from core exercises to improving my football throwing arm and I couldn't be more pleased with my results. I am continuing to meet my goals with his help and expertise. I highly recommend him!
I have been training with Keith for a couple of months now to prepare for my first power-lifting competition. Keith is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness, including diet, as well as competition and Olympic style lifts. His program is consistently challenging and produces noticeable results in a very short time period. He is a good trainer and a good guy. I was skeptical to use the services of a trainer as I see myself as an athlete and some trainers that I have contacted in the past seemed "in worse shape than I", so I could not take their advice as seriously as I do Seriously Strong Training. Keith is the real deal and is much more than some "meathead" than can pick up heavy things. He knows the science of muscle memory and control and has been a great help.
My experience was a great one. I wouldn't change anything. I continue to use my trainer and he is helping me achieve my goals of being healthier.
I have had a few personal training experiences, but this place takes “personal training” to another level.
I've been working with Ben as my trainer for about four months now. When we began I weighed 250# and I now weigh 230#. I've lost 2 inches off my waist, added 3 inches to my shoulders, 3.25 inches to my chest, 1.25 inches to my calves, 1 inch to my thighs and my balance is better than ever as is my coordination. I've also been learning to eat smarter and in the process, my cholesterol is better, my pre-diabetes is gone and my blood pressure is normal (no pills). It's pretty amazing really. I'm 58, I feel better than I have in many, many years and I credit Ben for driving me hard and holding me accountable. I wouldn't have done this without him pushing. He's a really good trainer and an all around good human being so if you are looking to make a change as we approach the New Year, I'd say Ben's your guy. You WILL see results so long as you are committed to the process. He can't do it for you, you have to work really hard too, it's a true partnership.
Kathy is a great trainer! Very knowledgeable about exercise, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. I have a sedentary job and have put on weight with menopause. Kathy has helped to get me active again with the right balance of encouragement and tough love.
Personal training at its finest. Caroline is the best and switches each session up, so I'm always on my toes in the best way possible.
