For our 10-year anniversary, I planned a surprise private chef experience for my husband, and it exceeded anything I could have imagined. Josh, the owner, was so helpful in setting everything up and working with me to create the perfect customized menu—accommodating my vegetarian diet and my husband’s gluten-free needs with ease. Then Jenna arrived and completely blew us away. She brought flowers and a handwritten card from Josh, which made the evening feel so personal and special. Every dish—from the beautifully crafted charcuterie board to the mouthwatering dessert—was fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. She even made us a late-night snack to enjoy later. We’ve truly never had an experience like this. Jenna is a top-tier chef and the whole evening was just spectacular. We’ll be dreaming about this meal for a long time!

We have hired personal chefs over the years; however, Josh was the most talented chef I have ever had. Besides being personable, the food was incredibly delicious and highly recommended!!!

Chef Josh was incredible! We were a group of 6 adults and 5 kids and he fed us so well, even the pickiest kids ate well. He worked with us on our food restrictions and was flexible with our menu and with the addition of young children as well. Every dish he made was delicious: the salmon melted in our mouths, the meatballs had a perfect spice kick, the cheeses he sourced for the charcuterie board were novel and delicious! More importantly, where he sourced his meats and produce were all wild and sustainable. Chef Josh was also incredibly responsive, professional, and on time. Thank you, Chef Josh!

Chef Josh was amazing. The food was great and he helped coordinate a fabulous menu! He communicated well leading up to the event and added a personalized touch to the meals! We will definitely use him again for Destin trips!

I hired Josh to cater my small wedding back in November 2024, and it was an amazing experience! Chef Chin is extremely professional and kind. I never had any issues with communication at any time, day or night, he responded relatively quickly. His staff was excellent as well. They were professional & polite, and really stayed on top of anything that was needed or requested. I absolutely recommend Josh Chin Catering for any event, in fact, he was so great, my sister has already booked him for her upcoming wedding as well! Saving the best for last, the food. My guests had GLOWING reviews on his food! We got the crying tiger beef, mashed potatoes and veggies. It was so delicious, I had guests going out of their way to tell me how yummy their food was. My husband still craves the dish to this day! Well done Josh Chin Catering!! It was a delight working with you and your staff and enjoying your food! My family will definitely be keeping you in mind for other future events and recommend you highly. Thank you!!
