Great Property Management 😊 I took a chance on hiring Myrna H. to manage my rental property. Komerci Group team is phenomenal property management. I have been using this company for about 6 months. From the beginning, Kenndy became my property manager and she did my transition from another company very easy and smooth. She answers emails promptly and you can get in touch with her in other ways. I had the good fortune of working with Quality Cleaning and Painting USA on a large government project. They are one of the few contractors that I have crossed over the years, that does exactly what they say they will. Both Joe and Zo are polite, knowledgeable and very conscious of quality and performance. It was because of this great experience I had them paint my home in Miami. I do all the background checks, criminal checks, credit checks, etc. I also do the leases and take care of all repairs that are needed. I get three different estimates and let you know what the problem and cost is. Then, you send me the money, and I get it fixed. I charge only 5% of the month's rent on a monthly basis. If I have to put in a new tenant, I have a one-time charge of 50% of one month's rent. I have a Florida real estate license, and I am also a licensed Florida Community Association manager. I take care of your home as if it were my own.
