I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. The compressor in the condenser of our AC unit of our rental property burnt out. Given the high summer temperatures, I needed to get it fixed ASAP for the tenant. I sent a message around 9:00pm, and Weatherproof replied within minutes. They were able to come out first thing the following morning, and within minutes, had diagnosed the problem and delivered a reasonable quote. Their quote was more competitive than the three others that I obtained, and they were able to address the problem on a faster timeline than the others. By early afternoon, Weatherproof completed the project, and our AC was up and running again. They replaced the compressor, cleaned out the system, and replenished the refrigerant. I will be using Weatherproof for any HVAC issues in the future. This was one of the best service experiences I've had, and I highly recommend using them."See more

He also explained to me that the UV filters that I was being charged any where from $259 to $589 was an excessive charge and that I can get a whole box for around $50.00.
