After their inspection, I was quoted nearly $5,000 in recommended repairs, with about $700 labeled as “required.” They claimed two parts were broken and needed to be replaced before I’d get cold air again. Since my unit isn’t that old, the price felt way too high, so I decided to get a second opinion. Thankfully, I found Jacob. From the start, he was honest, down-to-earth, and understanding that people have real budgets to work with. He personally came out, took a look at my system, and quickly identified that only ONE part actually needed replacing. It honestly felt like the first company was trying to upsell me without any real explanation or transparency. Jacob had my AC up and running with cold air again in about 15 minutes.
