Hello my name is Shannon and a little over a month ago I posted on craigslist look for a personal trainer. I have always belonged to a gym but never followed through with a trainer. I have also never really had a weight problem until after my third child. I am 31 years old, 175 pounds and in the military. The reason why I looked for a trainer was because I have only a limited amount of time for the military to get my fitness and weight under control or they boot me out. Keith was one of five who responded. In fact only three responded quickly to my posts but the only one that actually responded to my questions in my ad was Keith. The other two just tried to sell me on their prices and didn't respond to the questions I specifically asked. One of which was that I needed nutritional help besides physical fitness to ensure weight loss and what their plan would be to help me with that. I was still very skeptical of everything Keith was promising he could do for me. I also checked out and tried many other options before posting the craigslist ad. I bought Hydroxycut and talked to personal trainers at gyms. The one thing I didn't like about the trainers at the gyms was that when I left the gym how was I going to ensure weight loss? I posted in my ad that I needed to lose 35 pounds in three months and pass my army physical fitness test. The army test ensures I run 2 miles in a certain time, 20 pushups, and 50 situps! Right now before working out my 2 mile run is over 24 mins and I gasp for air like I'm dying. . . ha ha (not funny) and I can only do 20 situps because I have no core due to childbirth. My child is two years old though and I still haven't lost the weight! The reason I decided to go with Keith is not because of price but wonderful service! I had many questions for him including how he was going to ensure I would lose weight! He was the only one that responded with a response that made me confident. It has only been a few weeks and I start the training sessions next week but let me tell you the service I have had in the past few weeks. I asked Keith how he would help me with my food intake compared to other personal trainers and what he has told me and what he has done has been phenomenal! Even without working out with him yet I have already noticed a difference in my weight and I didn't have to go to some special store or even choose organic food. Regular healthy choices with a regular grocery list! I will post my results on here the next few weeks so that you do not have to be skeptical like I was before hiring Keith!

In August 2011, I took a hard look at myself and didn't like what I saw. I am a 46 year old female that has been active my whole life. I was 20 pounds overweight, and finding it hard to take the weight off. My metabolism just wasn't what it used to be. I needed to make some changes in my life. I discovered tennis about 10 years ago, and have loved playing it ever since. As my tennis skills improved and I began competitive match play, I injured my knee. This sidelined me for 6 months. I continued to play a few more years, and I managed to injure my other knee. I knew I needed to build strength in my legs if I wanted to continue playing tennis. He tailored a work out program for me that would ease me back into training. I didn't want to be so sore from my training I couldn't move. So far, I have had great results. My strength, cardio, and stamina have improved significantly. I have lost 13 pounds, and feel rejuvenated. Keith introduced me to an App that allows me to track my food intake. What an eye opener it was to see how many calories I was eating in a day. Also, I realize the importance of exercise in meeting my caloric goals. This has really put everything into perspective for me! If you are looking for a great personal trainer, Keith is an excellent choice. His enthusiasm for fitness is contagious! I am motivated to work hard, and I am seeing great results!

Very professional! I got an answer and initial offer very quick and the whole ""kick-off"" process went very smooth and in a timely matte. Keith and his team were super flexible about meeting and training place, etc. I felt that I was advised really well and honest( e.g. form of training, frequency, food, etc.) As far as the actual training, I have done many boot camps gyms, yoga and cycling classes but I can say this training is awesome, feels very effective, keeps me motivated and fun! Bryan Daskam is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I know he probably feels like he sounds like a broken record to his class participants, buy just LISTEN TO HIM! Attaining your weight goals ARE 80% THE FOOD YOU EAT! There's no magic pill. Exercise is SO important for muscle tone, flexibility and general health. His boot camps are challenging, so if you're looking for easy, it may not be for you. But it you're looking for results and are ready to be challenged, you will get results with Bryan! 1. What fitness goals did you want to accomplish when you hired a trainer? I was interested in healthy meal plans and wanted lose weight and tone up. And, I was thinking of running the KDF mini-marathon again, but needed some motivation and I knew if I lost some weight and started eating better that I’d get the energy and be more motivated. 2. What goals have been accomplished so far? How? I’ve lost weight and am eating better. I feel more energized and am happy to be running again! I’ve also noticed some toning & love that my clothes are getting loose! :) 3. How many pounds and/or inches have you lost since training with Bethany? So far I’ve lost 20 lbs. (159.6 lbs. on Nov. 16, 2013 and 139.6 lbs. Jan. 13, 2014) Inches lost: ? 4. Does Bethany make the workouts fun? Yes she does! She finds ways to not make the workouts boring - they are challenging, but change often and keep me going. For example with cardio - there’s some interval training so it’s not doing the same pace for the full workout. She mixes things up and it really helps keep the motivation going. 5. Do you feel when training with Bethany, you feel challenged? Definitely! I haven’t had one workout that wasn’t challenging. Bethany Reul Being active and in decent shape was never an issue for me in my early years. Then it hit and I needed help. I would go to the gym but as the old adage goes “keep doing the same thing every day you are going to get the same results”. I was not disciplined and I needed a more stringent and guided regimen. I met Bethany at Gold’s Gym while working out. I wanted a personal trainer to get me back on track but not one from Gold’s, they never went out of their way to help or assist. She convinced me that she can help me in my journey and she will make a difference. We started talking about my goals, training and diet right away. I made the right move and scheduled a consult and workout with her Upon my initial arrival, Bethany took the required body measurements for our starting point and documented accordingly on my chart. We discussed my goals and aspirations while she noted throughout. Bethany noted and reminded me that she will make necessary adjustment where she felt they were necessary. While moving through our planned workout, she explained each movement and the specific muscles that were involved. Bethany knew what I was capable of and she would not let me cheat myself or my progress. Bethany’s words of wisdom motivated and encourage me to push through my personal shortcomings and strive to reach my desired results. My positive results are a direct reflection of Bethany’s dedication and determination. She instills a “can do” attitude toward each of her clients while assisting them to reach for their own personal successes. Once of initial session was over, as well as every meeting that followed, Bethany provided me with a printout of the exercises we just completed, muscle groups involved and stretching exercises if I was to become sore afterwards. She also printed out a simple prescribed meal plans for me to reach my desired healthily weight. These plans included simple recipes, valuable nutritional information regarding about every food group available. Once each session was completed, Bethany would set up the following week’s workout plan keeping me committed to my own personal self-improvement. I looked forward to each of our workouts knowing she would push me to my limits and not take any lame excuse. Bethany is very passionate about the physical and mental well being of each client. Until i found sifu och wing chun, where i have now been training for a year and a half. She made me accountable for my workouts and nutrition and was willing to give advice, workouts, meal plan ideas outside of our training sessions. She is in top physical shape and told me that Antoine was her trainer and she thought he would help me too. So I began training with Antoine with goals of increasing endurance and flexibility, overall toning, and relieving my hip pain. He is a tough but kind trainer, set high expectations for my progress, and had me mopping sweat from my brow in short order. My husband and I love it!! I have been attending classes with Total Body Results for six years and it is the best small group training class in the area. No doubt! Julia and her trainers have high energy and provide workouts that are challenging and different every time I attend class. Its been outstanding, the experience is much more than I expected, I came into the program in late August and have lost 25 lbs. and feel great. The New Year, New You challenge has given me my focus back to what I originally wanted to do and has taught me to reduce the foods (and beverages) I really don't need to eat. I joined TBR on January 6th weighing in at 168.2. After doing the 28 day Transformation Challenge, I weighed in at 158 and having lost 14.5 inches. This program consisting of a great environment to work out in, great coaches, and friendly and very encouraging fellow campers. Also, the food suggestions have made it easier and all so very do able.THIS PROGRAM WORKS IF YOU WORK IT! I did and I'm glad I'm still working it.

I highly recommend that you come take some fitness sessions with Anna Fotopoulous. Like most people I have been in shape and also out of shape and she knows how to help you where you're at with whatever limitations or adjustments you need. She will help you to maximize your potential and reach the goals you want to accomplish and is always positive in teaching me the proper form to do the exercise correctly. I highly recommend working with Anna she is "top drawer" and always enthusiastic to help me get fit !!! I've attended several of the Fit Camps run by Anna. She is sure that everyone there understands the exercise at each of the stations by demonstrating and pointing out correct body positions and alignments necessary to gain ultimate results safely. She also suggests alternative moves to increase gains or allow for easier workout for beginners. She is extremely supportive and encouraging to all participants! TMBC is awesome!!!.i love how Allison targets your problem areas and helps design a workout that suits all of your needs..She is motivational and for me has broke me out of my shell..within a couple of weeks i have seen my body transform and my self confidence and esteem is much more positive. I guess I've been "lucky" to have been thin for most of my life. When I turned 47, things changed. Early menopause was not my friend! Lumps and bumps and as I call it, this layer of "splooge" appeared. I couldn't get rid of it. People told me to get used to it. So, I did. 2 years later, I met Dianne!! My friend, Rita Love, insisted that I join her boot camp. Dianne welcomed me! Her knowledge in nutrition, health, and working out is incredible. I have osteo arthritis and a bulging disc in my neck, I used this as an excuse to avoid exercising. Guess what? Dianne has shown me that I can still safely work out and movement is actually good for my issues. Trying to eat healthy is sometimes difficult while traveling. I'm an international flight attendant. Customs and immigration doesn't allow fruits and meats. I gave Dianne every excuse I could think of to bail out on her program.well, she busted me on every one!! She created a wonderful way for me to work out in my hotel rooms! Thanks to Dianne, I've lost 9 inches total(splooge is gone)!! I've lost 13 pounds and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in!! I just had a physical. I've been lucky in that department as well, but now the numbers are even better!! 50 is next month and I can't wait!! As long as I've Dianne to work with me, I'm not afraid of any age!!

I have been participating in Dianne's St. Pete Beach M/W/F 7am 'boot camp' for about 5 months. Please don't let the 'boot camp' wording scare you off - it is an incredibly supportive environment - nothing like the real military boot camp, which I attended earlier in my life. The training has made me much stronger, more cardiovascularly fit, and I have a much better awareness of my balance weaknesses, so I can improve on them throughout each day. Due to the positive results, my husband is now training with out 'boot camp' too. JOIN - you won't be disappointed!

As a past collegiate swimmer, I look to a trainer to push me to my individual limits and Dianne’s boot camp offers exactly that. The small groups allow people that share in common goals and costs in getting a “qualified” personal trainer. This boot camp unlike others offers the benefit of a great cardio and strength training workout in one. Dianne’s drill-sergeant instruction and support goes far beyond your average gym. I’ve been able to improve my full-body fitness while decrease to about half the time I was usually taking at the gym or my own works.
