We hired Vivian as the chef for our wedding. The food she created for us was AMAZING! She took the time to create a personalized menu with us and even got us unusual requests - we had a whole roast pig! We were impressed with the way Vivian left our kitchen after cooking for all of our guests. Vivian is super personable and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for fantastic tasting food.
I worked with Christine at The Williamsburg Winery's Gabriel Archer Tavern. She was constantly positive, even in the face of adversity. She also went above and beyond to expand the menu with her creative (and delicious!) recipes. Her strong work ethic and and motivation make it an easy task for me to recommend her without hesitation.
I have been to two Livy O's "Taste It, Now Make It" cooking classes and they are great. Their food is really really good, so good that my tastebuds do a happy dance. In the class, they make it fun. It's always been a nice environment where you can enjoy great food and chat with people you've never met before. Both classes were different, which made it interesting. I love they way they made me feel confident that I could go home and make the dish myself. Lennise is a very loving and welcoming person. Beautiful on the inside and out. It's great to see her family and team, work so well together, which makes the Livy O's experience nice to be in the midst of.
Darren is an outstanding businessman and a pleasure to work with. He got back to me quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote within 48 hours and was very personable answering a lot of questions i had. On the day of my event he showed up on time, did everything from set up, to cooking and even assisted my DJ lol....all my guests loved him and I have referred him to friends and family. Sandy has been doing a one on one culinary class with my 12 year old daughter over the last three weeks and the results are delicious! Her rates are beyond reasonable and Phoebe has brought home the most delectable dishes to share her learning with us! Sandy successfully taught Phoebe to make the best Pate a chox, a dinner of Roasted free range chicken with fresh fig wine sauce, Mediterranean quinoa with golden raisins and pine nuts and Brussels sprouts and garlicky prosciutto which is absolutely delicious! She also taught her knife skills, setting a formal table, plating and even provided the cutest apron fit for a chef in the making! She has been so kind and warm, really teaching Phoebe the joy and rewards of producing meals fit for royalty! I highly recommend her for the sometimes difficult task of teaching young people an appreciation for the culinary arts! Phoebe specifically said, "She's really nice and you can warm up to her really fast. She's very creative, my favorite part is tasting the food." That's a win in my book!
Reginald Beck was the facilitator of a cooking class at the Puyallup state fair in summer 2012. His presentation was easy to follow. His oration was clear and concise. Product created by participants turned out very well. I attribute that to his instruction. I have tasted his products on numerous occasions and I have never had a bad experience

Ashley is an amazing chef. I'm gluten free and she makes the best food, including baked goods and treats. I never feel like I'm missing out. Not only is she an awesome chef, but she gives great cooking lessons too - really informative and down to my level. Not to be overlooked are her incredible marshmallows, granola - and my personal favorite - the caramels!!!! Amazing!

Tony is a professional cook who loves to cook. His BBQ is out of this world. It is cooked with just the right amount of sauce that you do not need to add anything else to it. His smoked turkey is mouthwatering as well. It was moist and had so much flavor. We will recommend him over anyone.
It would be difficult to summarize my love for Edyth James in this narrative, or my love for her cooking. She is in a class all her own. You will not find anyone in this area who comes close to her abilities. I was introduced to Edyth and her amazing cuisine over 20 years ago, when she and her late husband ran the infamous resturant Saffron's on Park Street. I was blown away. It was like ecstasy on my tongue. I was hooked. My husband and I were regulars in her establishment and actually had our wedding reception there. She is not only an amazing cook, she makes you feel like family with her genuine kindness. She is the first person that comes to mind if I'm having an event or gathering. Her food is alway the centerpiece. Do yourself a favor. Try her, you will not be disappointed.
The private cooking class was a Father's Day gift for my husband who let me say "can't cook". Chef Christophe was very responsive and listen to what type of experience I was looking to give my husband and Chef Christophe DELIVERED!!!!! He made my husband feel very comfortable and a very positive experience. My husband is now looking forward to possibly learning and cooking more. And the added plus is Chef Christophe help him to prepare and cook us a delicious meal. Thank you Chef Christophe! We look forward to our next cooking encounter with you.
