When the technician first came out he indicated that he couldn’t re-create the problem so had trouble telling us exactly what we needed to repair. After getting several other quotes, we decided to replace the furnace altogether (it was old). The same guy came back and told us we should’ve just repaired it because we would’ve saved a lot of money. 🤔 In the end, we’re happy with the repair and the job that they did.
