Introduction: My name is Bartley Weaver and I’m the first ever IFBB Pro Bodybuilder and Pro Eater. I have over two decades of experience with nutrition and training. I will teach you things in the gym that will save you years of spinning your wheels, how to avoid injury, and help push you to the next level.
I have been coaching general lifestyle and competitors for the past 10 years. I offer a lot of experience as I have coached/trained over a thousand individuals. I have been afforded many opportunities due to my work ethic and experience as well. I was on The Rock’s TV show The Titan Games, and also the mascot for the Tennessee Titans.
I have spent decades in the trenches of the health and fitness industry, and I’m very passionate about relaying important information to clients of mine. Knowledge is power, and that power will bust you through any challenge in your fitness journey.
I also own my own supplement company and I give all clients discounts if interested. I’m on your team and available 24/7. Your goals are my goals!

Coach Bartley Weaver is fantastic! My 15 year old male athlete, Z, was underweight and looking for a coach and mentor to help him reach his muscle mass goals. Typical weight lifting programs and athletic trainers kept Z lean and fit, but Z’s body composition wasn’t changing. Luckily for us, I found Coach Weaver, professional body builder and 7th ranked internationally in Major League Eating (MLE). Z watched Coach Weaver’s fun and inspiring social media accounts and knew instantly this man could take him to the next level. I was concerned Coach may only work with other professional athletes and not teenage clients like Z, but Coach assured us he works with all athletes serious about reaching their goals. If you’re looking for a coach or personal trainer, Bartley is it! No need to look further. He truly cares about your goals and goes above and beyond to help you. Nicest guy, I’ve ever met. I purchased a 3 month package and achieved amazing results and gained so much strength following his personalized work out plan. I’m 56 and I’m able to do the monkey bars with no problem and I’ve not been able to do that since I was a kid. 😊….Even though our time has ended, I still follow his plan and his nutrition guide as I couldn’t have gotten this far without him! Whatever your goals are, Bartley can get you there! Trust him and trust the process.

bartley is a top tier trainer, in which i am ecstatic to have partnered with to get my son in tip-top condition for his upcoming sophomore football season. it was obvious from our first meeting that he was knowledgeable but most importantly, made an immediate personal connection with my son.
one notable quality that really stood out to us was his personalized approach to my son's fitness journey. he took the time to understand his goals, strengths, and weaknesses, tailoring each workout and outlining a nutrition plan accordingly. of note, he doesn't clock watch - the session is over when the planned workout is complete. he is not one to stop at the preverbal 45-60 minute stop mark as many trainers do.
also, each session brings a renewed sense of accomplishment, improvement or growth in my son’s eyes, which has catapulted his confidence into the stratosphere.
bartley is a 3 for 1 walking deal. Trainer, nutritionist and educator all in 1. and that doesn't include the unwritten intangibles necessary to keep trainees motivated. im excited to see the training sessions and hard-work manifest onto the field. i highly recommend bartley as “the” guy!
