When I first came to Vicki, I was having a tough time staying motivated to continue working out on a regular basis. I always would start; last a few weeks and then just stop and return to my old habits. Training with Vicki revamped my whole attitude towards working out. I started to enjoy it, then even crave it. Vicki makes working out not just challenging for me, but fun as well. She has a great spirit and is always encouraging. Dont get me wrong though, she pushes me when I need it but its worth it. I always feel a natural high after each training session. I would recommend Vicki as a personal trainer to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, challenging and kick-butt trainer! Leslie Hughes was my personal trainer for almost a year. During that time I was having some difficulties with a shoulder problem and was taking physical therapy as well. Leslie was very good to teach me stretches and non-weight bearing exercises that were a tremendous help during that time. I am a 55 year old male. I've known Reggie Lewis for better then 15 years. Earlier in my life, I was heavily involved in the martial arts, and boxing. As a result, I sustained a few lasting injuries that flare up from time to time. Often times I've come to the gym, in pain or limping. Mr. Lewis, always knew how to work around my affliction(s), and made sure I got in an intense and impactful workout. Because I've had so many trainers and coaches, I have a pretty good eye when it comes to identifying character traits of a good trainer. Reggie Lewis, is a very good trainer. He has compassion and caring for his clients, but rest assured, he will encourage and challenge you to push yourself to achieve your goals. Tiffany is one of the best personal trainers I have ever encountered, and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable about diet and proper nutrition in addition to providing focused, challenging workouts. She is warm, funny, pushes you to work hard, and really knows her craft. Shane is very knowledgeable about physical fitness. He is easy to work with, pushing your limits, but not aggressively. He understands physical limitations and tailors the exercise routine to those. I would highly recommend him.

Nick is exactly what a personal trainer should be. He's professional, attentive, motivating and concerned for safety. I was looking for an hour long workout that would burn 1000 calories - something that would rival and exceed Orange Theory. Nick put together a plan that accomplished that goal in a way that kept it fun and safe even though it was pretty grueling. Great Experience!
