I had never had "tremendous" results in a workout regime before - working with Wayne and CrossFit Country I have lost 15 pounds and at least an inch and a half in my waist in about 2 months, and have muscles where I never thought I could. Yes, it takes hard work, loads of it and yes, diet is of course essential but with the right attitude and having Wayne encourage you along the way the results will astound you. If you like to feel your heart in your toes and have shakes for the first few weeks after a workout then this is the place for you. Like everything else that is successful it requires you to give it your all, but thats part of the satisfaction. I am so thankful to have found this little gem in Oviedo and look forward to my butt-kicking every week!
Diana provides personal training services which I can only work in once weekly. Her knowledge of physiology makes it safe to work out given my orthopedic problems as she tailors the work out to accomodate my issues. I have been doing this for 2 1/2 years and have gotten great results. Her workouts always work multiple areas at once as her pilates knowledge helps to incorporate strong core work while working on other muscle groups. She is pleasant and pushes you. She is always great to accommodate my crazy schedule. I highly recommend Diana for personal training!!!!

Angela is the BEST! She's tough but caring and she does't disappoint. She customizes my workouts so that they suit my level of fitness and my specific fitness goals. She even helps me with my diet and nutrition. Angela is also super-professional. She's never late and often does check-ins with me during the week to see how I'm doing. If there was a six star rating she would get it!

If you want a real trainer who became a trainer because he loves to help people than this is your guy! He knows what he is talking about (which if you've had other trainers you know this isn't always the case). He will help you push yourself to be a better version of 'you' and will not cause you to harm yourself by pushing you too hard. I once had a trainer who pushed me so hard that my calves cramped up every time I tried to walk for over 5 days. That's not normal! This guy is the real deal and you won't regret having him train you. Wish he still worked at my gym :( and lived closer!!!

When I met Kara I was a 19 years old college student who somewhat overweight and unhappy with my appearance. I was making poor choices with reference to my food and lack of exercise regimen. Before I met Kara I had very little knowledge about health and fitness and I did not really care about the food I was putting into my mouth or what to do once I stepped foot into the gym. My thoughts were if I ate very little and did excess cardio I would achieve what I thought was a good body. I met Kara at the gym and she took me under her wings and over the course of a 9 month period she helped to change my life completely. She taught me about the benefits of health and nutrition by giving me an enormous span of knowledge through hands on training and nutritional advice. Time went by and a lot of sweat and sore muscles later I learned the proper way to train my body and nourish it in the best way possible. Kara was able to help me understand that weight lifting as a women would not necessarily create a bulky or manly looking figure but rather it would tone and enhance my womanly curves and firm everything up! There were times when it got tough as I tried to push myself to achieve my goals but Kara was right there with me to encourage me to continue and not give up. She helped me realize that my body was quite capable and it was my mind that was attempting to stop me. These valuable lessons I carry with me in my everyday life. I know that I am capable of anything I truly want to achieve. My experience with Kara was life changing. I have lost 40 pounds with her help and I now frequent the gym 5 days a week where I do my cardio and weight lifting. I also eat clean and healthy keeping in mind the knowledge she has provided to me. I look and feel the best I have ever felt, and I have Kara to thank for getting me to this point. She gave me the ability to realize that I have passion and determination to change and do what I need to for myself. One of the best decisions I have made to date was to train with Kara. She has a natural gift to be an excellent trainer and individual.
