Julie was phenomenal. She began working with us just weeks before our wedding, after we had been planning our wedding for 70 people for about 4 months. I am absolutely confident saying that our wedding day could not have come together without Julie's assistance. She was incredibly professional and detail-oriented, identifying the choices we had yet to make and the choices we didn't realize we needed to make. She followed up with our vendors and kept us focused and calm. I had such anxiety about the wedding, and Julie put my mind at ease, and made herself thoroughly available to us. For the day of, her assistant Jill was with her. Jill was also very professional and helpful. They made the entire event seamless. Our families have a lot of personalities to corral, and Julie & Jill did a fantastic job handling them. We had one major issue occur during our reception - the fire alarm went off causing us momentary panic. Julie handled all the confusion that ensued (it was a false alarm, but the fire department showed up!), and partnered with each vendor getting the party back on track. Now, instead of a bad memory, the incident has become a fond & funny story! The rest of the evening was wonderful, just like the entire day had been. Julie was amazing and I thank her so much for being a part of our wedding day.
Joy gave me the Wedding of my Dreams...we have been friends since high school and over the past few years, have reconnected...thank you facebook :-) and reestablished our friendship! I highly recommend Joy and Joyful Times Events to take care of any special occasion you are planning in your life! Joy is a pleasure to work with and you will not have to worry about a thing! Valerie is an absolute miracle worker! Valerie pulled off a complete miracle - the absolute perfect day! She paid attention to every single little detail and created the most beautiful magical day. She assisted in the months and weeks leading up to the event in helping us secure the vendors, listening to us as we discussed themes, colors, budget. She was there bright and early the day of, hustling and organizing, and making sure everyone and everything was where they needed to be. Throughout the day she was directing traffic making sure the various vendors and people were where they needed to be. She stayed late into the evening to break everything down as the reception wound down. She gave way more than 100% - she went way above and beyond - and did it with class! A consummate professional all the way through! The guests raved about how smoothly everything went and how awesome the experience was. One compliment that we kept hearing throughout the experience - was how *authentic* everything seemed - every detail was catered to us perfectly! I have know Dali for some time now and from the moment we met we became friends. Not only do I value her as a friend, but I value her work ethic. Even before becoming engaged, I knew that Dali would be the only person that I would call to assist with my wedding, not just because she's my friend, but because of her dedication to her craft. Here we go, in January 2015, Edwich, Nathaelle, and I are introduced to Melissa Israel. Elaine was with me every step of the way for all of my random questions, thoughts, etc as I was planning my wedding. She even came to my wedding dress alteration sessions, helped me select the perfect robes for my bridesmaids for our "getting ready" photos, met with my florist, came to my meetings with the catering manager at the hotel, and contacted All of my vendors to set up a timeline for The day of. I was having trouble incorporating one of my colors into the decor so she even offered to make beautiful little boxes for the tables that would act as another giveaway and would add a contrasting color to the whole decor. I could not have asked for a more dedicated wedding planner leading up to my actual wedding day.
Laura did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding. She communicated with me every step of the way, and organized a wedding weekend that was better than anything I could have imagined, or done on my own. It was one of the happiest days of my life and even better it was stress free because Laura was present on the days leading up to the event, as well as at the event itself to insure everything was running smoothly. She thought of every detail and took care of everything. Without her many things on my wedding day would have been a disaster and I would have had to deal with them. MyKosherEssence is the most passionate team when it comes to being a Kosher Chefs. I have utilized their services for numerous years and all I can say is that great food equals return customers. Aside from the quality of the dishes, the portions are exceptional and their schedule on delivery has never slipped. In fact, on most occasions they arrive 15 mins early to the major events I booked through them. This level of professionalism is what sets MyKosherEssence apart from the market. Trust me, I have had many nightmare stories of catering services gone wrong. Also, expanded their service offerings to include Private Cooking Lessons, which of course i was thrilled to hear! Overall, I rate MyKosherEssence a 15 out of 10! They also have a fabulous wedding planner who made everything seamless
Working with Stacey was a great pleasure, she made sure she responded to all my calls and texts. She also put in a bonus for my wedding reception which was very kind of her. Although, some hiccups happened at the venue which was out of her control she made sure that the decorations was set up beautifully. I believe that if anyone chooses to work with Stacey you will not be disappointment because her work quality is superb!!!

Hi all! I'm a seasoned and professional wedding and corporate event planner. I have my CWP and CMP license with 12 years of experience. My services include sourcing (venue selection), site and planning visits, contract negotiation, room design and layout, vendor selection (floral, linen, entertainment) audio visual needs, food and beverage selection, menu tasting, transportation, hotel room blocks, event logistics, timelines and checklists, and day-of coordination and execution. For events taking place at a hotel, I will ensure you're meeting the food and beverage minimum, handle load-in and load-out of vendors, and retain/submit completed vendor guideline rules and COIs as needed. For weddings, I will uphold religious and cultural preferences and assist in securing the following services: hair, makeup, photography, and videography. I will secure vendors or work with those you've chosen. Additional miscellaneous areas I specialize in include offsite catering, tuxedo rentals, rehearsal and dinner, security, city permits and special licensing, destination events, and printing (place cards, menus, directional signage). I've worked for DMCs and only Five Diamond hotels focusing on groups and special events. I have a significant network of industry professionals as a South Florida native, and offer my services at an extremely fair cost and below the industry standard. If you only require day-of coordination, I request two meetings (at minimum) in advance and in person to review the content and discuss expectations. Advanced meeting is on a complimentary basis.
