Stacey planned my wedding for me in early December 2014 and spared me from Busy Bride Syndrome. I was hesitant at first about getting a wedding planner, but a friend of mine said she was fantastic and encouraged me to call her. Her services were more reasonable than I expected, and I realize now that having her there for me on my wedding day was worth every penny and more! I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. I had no clue that my caterer was running late and it caused the timeline to have a little hiccup. Stacey smoothed everything over without me or my husband knowing. It wasn't until I followed up a week after that she let me know. She took great care of us and I can't say enough good things about Stacey. I would definitely recommend her services.
Lorraine is truly one of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure to work with! We recently had a wedding for 95 guest and Lorraine had the ability to WOW everyone! She goes above and beyond to make your event special and build the menu with you. She is quick to respond and gives the assurance you need to know she is in control even when you live in Colorado!! From passed apps, to her Mahi and Chicken, to the Italian wedding cookies everything leaves you wanting more!! Her staff is professional and courteous and truly made our night unforgettable!! You will not be disappointed with Lorenza's Cucina! We can't wait till our next event Lorraine will be sure to be included!!
Julie was phenomenal. She began working with us just weeks before our wedding, after we had been planning our wedding for 70 people for about 4 months. I am absolutely confident saying that our wedding day could not have come together without Julie's assistance. She was incredibly professional and detail-oriented, identifying the choices we had yet to make and the choices we didn't realize we needed to make. She followed up with our vendors and kept us focused and calm. I had such anxiety about the wedding, and Julie put my mind at ease, and made herself thoroughly available to us. For the day of, her assistant Jill was with her. Jill was also very professional and helpful. They made the entire event seamless. Our families have a lot of personalities to corral, and Julie & Jill did a fantastic job handling them. We had one major issue occur during our reception - the fire alarm went off causing us momentary panic. Julie handled all the confusion that ensued (it was a false alarm, but the fire department showed up!), and partnered with each vendor getting the party back on track. Now, instead of a bad memory, the incident has become a fond & funny story! The rest of the evening was wonderful, just like the entire day had been. Julie was amazing and I thank her so much for being a part of our wedding day.

EXCELLENT!!! I could go on and on.... I would give Debie & Larry a TEN Plus .. From Start to finish... From day one, Debie & I instantly clicked. She Made the party planning so fun..& did it all..Just the way I wanted.. & Wxceeded my Expectations. GREAT holiday Ideas,Food was Delicious .. presentation Amazing and taste so yummy. My 50+ guests raved about the food choices, decorating , rentals looked so festive & Very Classy ( Just the way I had hoped). We also wanted and Has a Server & Bartender that were BOTH terrific- also all arranged by Debie... Debie did an OUTSTANDING JOB with all the prep from Start to finish. I loved working with her. She was extremely knowable and did not hesitate ever to call me right back...With even the smallest of questions I had. Chef Larry --Makes AMAZING ( Healthy) food.. .. All was delicious- from the appetizers, to the main Courses & the Amazing home made Deserts. I would Most Definetely recommend them highly, and will,use them again. So happy I found them.. Valerie did such an amazing job for our wedding day. I am someone who has a stressful job and had no time to plan my wedding. Valerie coordinated all my vendors (who were fantastic) and she helped me stay within our budget. My wedding day was so much fun since she took care of everything for me. My venue looked absolutely amazing and everyone had such a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend Valerie to any bride who needs help and someone knowledgable for how to put on a great party! Hiring Laura as my wedding day coordinator was probably one of the best things I did for my wedding day. She was on top of everything making sure every detail came out as planned. It was such a stress reliever knowing that someone was taking care of everything. She did everything with excellence and love. I would definitely recommend her!!

I'm so happy someone told me to download thumbtack. I work crazy hours and needed someone to just deal and handle everything. The venue I wanted was a beach venue and hadn't had a wedding yet (so they had no clue about times, order etc). I started freaking out and attended a work event hosted by Daly at Go2Girl then I saw she was on thumbtack so I reached out to her. Anyhow she took all my Pinterest pins and scatter brain notes and made my wedding dreams come true (I wish I found her sooner so I didn't have all that stress I was dealing with) She's great with time lines and dealing with vendors
Meghan is the perfect coordinator for your party or wedding. I’ve worked with her on two weddings and her calm professionalism is just wonderful. She makes sure all bases are covered and treats everyone involved with kindness and respect! And she gets the job done! I can’t recommend her enough.
Mariane did a phenomenal job helping me plan my wedding. Her and her team didn't miss any single detail. She handled my venue and worked out with them the details A-Z just like how I explained to her in the early stages of the planning and it turned out exactly how I wanted from the room set up, the layout of the tables and dance floor the linen all the way to when exactly I wanted the doors to be opened. Every single detail was taken care of and everything matched and all the hand made pieces are so unique and beautiful. The center pieces, my gorgeous bouquet, carefully hand crafted boutonniere, all the ladies on my side had beautifully made bracelet corsage's(yes! She made those too!!!!)My gift box was even decorated with her own added touch. You will not find more of a detailed oriented wedding planner that will help u execute your perfect day! Mariane and her team made sure that everything went smoothly and the timeline was followed by all my vendors and hotel staff. She was so pleasant to work with, and she also has some amazing ideas if your completely lost like I was in the beginning. She is worth every penny, you will not be disappointed! Highly highly recommend tres chic! My day was perfect because of her. I still get so many compliments on how beautiful my wedding was. Elaine was with me every step of the way for all of my random questions, thoughts, etc as I was planning my wedding. She even came to my wedding dress alteration sessions, helped me select the perfect robes for my bridesmaids for our "getting ready" photos, met with my florist, came to my meetings with the catering manager at the hotel, and contacted All of my vendors to set up a timeline for The day of. I was having trouble incorporating one of my colors into the decor so she even offered to make beautiful little boxes for the tables that would act as another giveaway and would add a contrasting color to the whole decor. I could not have asked for a more dedicated wedding planner leading up to my actual wedding day.
I highly recommend Actualite Event and Design because Planning a wedding can be stressful and an overwhelming task for anyone, a lot of things needs to be done, right from calling your wedding photographer to the last ceremony of the wedding, everything is very important. You can get very exhausted if things aren’t done in a systematic way and in a proper order. Actualite Event and Design is top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had hire them. the staff made me feel as though they have everything 100% under control. Thanks to Actualite Event and Design staff For making my special day most enjoyable and remembering moment for me.
The team was fantastic and made sure my day was completely stress-free! They thought of every detail and were with me every step of the way. We received so many compliments on how organized our wedding day was. I found no other company who offered as much assistance as this one did. Most people work with one person only. We had a whole team! They took care of any issues before they even happened or I had enough time to stress about it. We not only loved them as wedding coordinators but as caring individuals who went above and beyond to make our day so special. I would give 10 stars but I'm only allowed to give 5.
Grateful I hired Joe Martinez to help me with the planning of my event. He made the experience both simple and fun. Joe spent time with me, and offered extra recommendations... which made the event extra special. I will definitely use Joe's services again in the near future.
Aspire Catering, specifically Elaina and Mike Moran, created the PERFECT Rehearsal Dinner for my 150 guests to kick off my dream wedding weekend on a truly memorable note! My (now) husband and I wanted to get creative and incorporate our honeymoon into the theme of our Rehearsal Dinner and Elaina and Mike went WAY out of their way to make that happen! We created an Italian side of the room (featuring delicious homemade meatballs, focaccia, active pasta station, salads, meats, cheeses, etc) and a Greek side of the room (featuring out of this world homemade hummus, spanakopita, salads, kebobs, vegetable spreads, etc) and my family, friends and out of towners were blown away with the quality and true authenticity of what was created!!!! Aspire Caterings staff was warm and welcoming and truly surpassed all expectations and expectations were high!!! The team also staffed our bar, provided mixers and created a beautiful dessert spread, which also incorporated our honeymoon theme. Mike and Elaina of Aspire Catering listened to my crazy ideas and made all my ideas come to life! They are the greatest people, will become a part of your family and are incredible at what they do!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aspire Catering for small and large occasions from personal functions to corporate! They also helped setup the entire room, add personalized décor elements and turned a raw space into a beautiful space!!!! Fabulous people, fabulous product, fabulous memories!!! A+++ ALL AROUND!!!
