- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers need not to about pricing because estimates are free. We'll take a look at the project and let you know exactly how how much it will cost and the rest is up to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we schedule an appointment to go to the property and take a detailed look at the project then give the customer our professional opinion on the necessary repairs needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had my own irrigation Repairs business for well over 20 years.
