I take Ivonne's yoga class on Saturday mornings in East Park. The class is a great experience and an excellent value. Ivonne is a great instructor because she includes modifications for every experience level and makes you feel comfortable at any level. My flexibility has improved greatly since I started taking her class. Also, the setting in beautiful East Park just adds that extra relaxing touch that leaves me smiling all weekend! Suzanne helped me recuperate from an injury when doctors and physical therapists could not. I own my mobility and fitness to her expertise, support, and inspiration. The gym is the best I've ever been to. The yoga class I take there has taught me more about the postures than any other yoga class I've attended since I started 17 years ago. Hands down the best fitness facility and Suzanne is phenomenal! You won't be disappointed if you go, and it's worth every penny.

Grant is an inspiring and very talented yoga instructor. He is not just a great instructor, but someone who makes you feel comfortable and is like you knew him for years. He is very humble and he is very professional, and you will not be dissapointed! Grant is very patient and will support you from the level you are at even when you're being difficult and can't seem to get a pose right. He's just a very sweet, caring person by the way he teaches his class. Keeps everyone relaxed and smiling through the whole process. For that reason I enjoy yoga and he inspired me to continue yoga-practice at home when I don't have much time to get to class after work.

Crystal is amazing! I first started going to Crystal's yoga classes while I was in physical therapy for a major back/spinal injury. Wow, I cannot begin to say what a difference it made! Her knowledge as a yogi along with her caring attitude and encouragement pushed me through the healing process with ease. I can truly say that having Crystal as a teacher and mentor has helped to heal and improve my physical and mental state beyond expectation. I run a global company out of the NYC area. No shortage of yoga classes here! However the escape to tampa is made every so often for Pratibha's yoga. Her home based reached, the fantastic props and her theoretical-practical emphasis on holding poses and explaining the "why's" make this an unparalleled opportunity. For those, who want to address issues like body flexibility, joint pain, anxiety, sleep related issues and at the same time gain holistically insights, Pratibha is the go to person! A couple of sessions a week and you will feel a world of difference - speaking from experience.

The 2,100-square-foot studio includes a men and women’s locker room, two restrooms, a large practice room, a private client room, and a retail boutique, featuring Beyond Yoga, Manduka, Love This Life, Be Love, and much more. The Yoga Shala offers daily yoga classes in the traditional Ashtanga Mysore yoga method, which is the safest, most effective way to learn yoga. In Mysore style classes, the students work individually with the instructor to learn Ashtanga yoga. Building their practice in a group setting, the students learn yoga postures one by one, and as each yoga posture is mastered, the students will gradually build up his or her practice. The focus of our individualized method is on personalized yoga instruction. Imagine a private yoga lesson in a group setting. This method of yoga instruction is the way that yoga is taught by Shri K.
