Don't expect over night change. Trust him and you'll see results as you keep training. He's certified, carries himself well, and has a proven record of success - every person he has trained for a competition has placed. Whatver your goal is, he will help you get there. He's always available if you needed to text, call, or email about a question or concern. He wants to help you succeed, but you have to want to succeed as well. He will make it affordable for your budget as well. This is not a big franchise gym with exorbitant fees and trainers that don't care about you. This is a private, well-kept/clean, not overly busy gym that Richard takes care of. You will always have the equipment you need to get your workout done. Give Richard a try, you won't regret it!
It's quite simple. Working with Delta and Anita at Change Is Now Fitness has turned back the age clock 15 years for me! I am healthier, and have not looked this good since my early 30s!! Delta works with me on strength, balance, agility, and stamina three times a week for 50 minutes. The type of work we do is centric to someone over 40 who might not be as active as they once were, or who might simply be experiencing natural decline due to aging. After each session, I feel reinvigorated. Cardio, yoga, pilates, and weight training are all a part of a VERY unique mix unlike anywhere I have ever trained or with anyone I have ever trained. His methods in training are revolutionary in my opinion. Anita provides Delta support in my training, and she keeps me knowledgeable about nutrition. She provides recipes and information on the best foods needed to make all the fitness training as valuable as possible. She maintains a Facebook blog with articles on the latest research and great recipes for healthy living. Both Anita and Delta provide a holistic Mind-Body-Spirit approach to the services they provide, which maximizes the potential for an excellent healthy lifestyle! I'm very lucky to have found them!
James is an exceptional trainer who has changed not only my physical look and eating habits, but my entire outlook on living a healthy life. Through the years I have had 3 other trainers and James by far has proven to be the best. James brings to the table applied knowledge, years of experience, teamwork and mush needed enthusiasm. I would highly recommend James to anyone who wants to be transformed, pushed, taught, but most of all, someone who wants guarantee results. James is the real deal, so be ready to work! Having worked out with a number of other trainers and boot camps in Atlanta, I am so thankful to have now found Reggie Greene. His workouts are demanding, rigorous and effective, but he is always kind. He motivates each participant regardless of fitness level to do their best and reach beyond what he or she thinks can be done. I am always impressed with how he can adjust a workout to address any injuries and I love that he combines weights with cardio to allow for a complete workout in 45 minutes or less. After several years of working out with Reggie, I still look forward to each and every session I have with him. Thank you Mr. Reggie! You are a gem!
Andrea and I are taking on our first Half Ironman this September so we asked Donna to prepare us for our upcoming training by helping us strength training. With a family, work, and 3 disciplines to train for, Donna worked with us to squeeze a 30 minute sprint full body strength training on our off mornings. 30 minutes doesnt sound long but Donna put together well thought out full body bootcamp type workouts that incorporated strength and cardio. She pushed us to our limits and didnt waste any time. She arrived early to make sure we got in a proper warmup. No workout was the same so we could never anticipate what muscles were going to be worked. She definitely kept our muscles confused!! After 6 weeks of consistent strength training with Donna, I can definitely feel stronger and prepared to begin HIM training. She's awesome!
My experience with Rahsaan was absolutely amazing!! Through massage every tension in my body from stress was released. If you live a life where you deal with more than enough on your plate on a day to day basis then this is definitely the person you need to see!! I even chose to take him up on his personal training abilities and in no shape or form was I disappointed. Not only was he able to help me in a gym setting but he also gave a great diet to follow and little exercises to help me at home due to my busy schedule. I highly recommend Rahsaan to any and everyone if you have the goal of starting to live a healthier life!!
