Introduction: We are a full-service Roofing and Restoration company located in Cartersvills, GA. We specialize in Roof Replacements, Roof Repairs, Exterior painting, Gutter & Clog-Free Gutter Guard installations. We also are your goto storm damage specialists. With the amount of storms across the state over the last year we are finding that many of our clients have storm damage due to these storms. We will assess your roof and guide you through the claims process if your roof qualifies. We are fully insured with general liability and workers' compensation insurance. I enjoy the freedom of my work and the interaction with my customers. I also enjoy seeing a project completed and the transformation that takes place with every different project. I have never replaced a roof on a home before so I had lots of questions and also wanted to make sure to get several quotes for comparision. I received 5 contacts from Thumbtack and called 4. Of the 4 I was able to get 3 roof companies to come see my property and inspect my roof. All seemed well qualified and all 3 roofer's had comparable prices. What made Kevin Creek with Nailed It Roofing stand out was his attention to detail. Mr Creek came to my home and he not only climbed on my roof to inspect, but he also inspected the attic to see the underside of the roof. He informed me of deficiencies with my current roof that lead to it's early demise. He thoroughly explained to me what needed to happen to replace my roof and make it last this time. Furthermore, after spending a good amount of time with me discussing the roof and then inspecting the roof, he completed his quote while on site and provided it to me. The other roofers, essentially looked at my roof, confirmed it needed to be replaced then left within 15-20 minutes explaining that they would email my quote. They did not go into any type of detail about what needed to take place. It was this main reason I contracted with Nailed It Roofing. During the roof installation, Mr Creek was present for much of the time. He talked with me about certain changes that had to happen (changes he previously informed me could be possible). He was on site to supervise and to make sure my questions were answered during the process. He also was very thorough with his follow up after the installation was complete. All in all, we are super happy with our roof and our choice to go with Nailed It Roofing. We feel confident that Nailed It Roofing did an excellent job. PS Nailed It Roofing also offered the longest warranty on his company's workmanship. This too was apart of our decision to use Nailed It

I had several quotes from different roofing companies and Nailed It Roofing very clearly stood out as the most detailed and professional. Kevin takes great pride in his business and his team and it shows in the finished product. His crew showed up right on time and finished the job in one day. They spent a lot of time very carefully cleaning up behind themselves and my roof looks fantastic!

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! You never know what you will get when you call a professional to your house and I've had my share of bad experiences....but this was NOT one!! Kevin visited my house and was incredibly friendly and professional. Instead of trying to upsell our roofing job (which others have done in the past), he was honest about what needed to be done and gave us a VERY fair price. He came to do the work himself because it was a small job and he wanted it done correctly. The day of the job came and while the job was harder than he originally thought, he did not charge more. My husband even tried to give him more, but Kevin refused. My husband and I both agree Kevin made us feel like he was our friend and that he was giving us the best deal possible. (like you would for a friend!) I recommend Kevin to anyone who needs work done and will be sure to call him again if we need anything!!! Thanks Kevin,...home ownership can be a bummer when things get messed up, but you made it easy!!!!!!! I am so happy with Nailed It Roofing and Restoration!!!

Kevin was very professional in his dealing with our new roof project. His workers showed up early each day and left just before dark. I was amazed at their speed and professionalism. Great care was taken in the cleanup process to insure there were no old roofing nails left laying on the ground or driveway. His workers covered all our plants prior to starting the job. In the beginning I was worried that the job wouldn't be completed before the rain storms arrived, but Kevin assured me that the job would be completed in time. Just to make sure, he covered the complete roof with a tarp in case a rain storm came before his roofers could complete the job.

What an outstanding job by Kevin and the guys at Nailed It. Our job involved replacing our roof with architectural shingles and installing new gutters. The roof was completed in 2 days and our gutters were installed the day after the roofing crew left. Name says it all and its catchy too!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally show up on time. I briefly speak with my customer to try and get a feel for what they are really looking for. I then climb on the roof so that I can measure and get an accurate assessment of what is needed. I typically will take some photos of problems so that I can show how the same problems can be prevented in the future. I then get my quote together while on site. Once I come back inside my customer's house I sit with them and go over the quote in detail and show pictures of what they can expect their project to turn out like. I answer any questions and then I'm on my way. I never pressure anyone and I am always professional.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be do not believe that all Companies provide the same level of Workmanship. Pay attention to the details in the proposals that you receive and ask lots of questions. Always make sure that the company that you hire has General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance. Ask for references and photos of completed work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish my potential customers were able to see what I have seen throughout my career. I wish they could see the poor workmanship that I see day in and day out. I also wish my customers really understood the superior quality of the work we provide. If my potential customers could see these things, they would all hire Nailed It Roofing & Restoration to do their Job.
